I gave them 3 stars because they have a nice facility and quick service. However, I informed the staff that I had a phobia of Dentist which they didn't seem to take very seriously. I received a filling that was very painful, didn't seem like the staff was very concerned with my comfort as no further action was taken to try to alleviate it. I was actually chided for "moving" (i was wincing from the pain) and was told that my movement is what caused the pain. I cannot with a good conscious recommend them to others.

As a dental hygienist myself, I can truly say this office is amazing! It is very clean and they are implementing protocol due to COVID. The staff were very sweet and welcoming upon entering the building.
Shelby was my hygienist and was very gentle and thorough for my cleaning. She is very kind and knowledgeable as well.
Dr. Spurlin is a great dentist and is very personable. Everyone I have asked recommended her due to being conservative with dental work, which I prefer.
I only wish we were here a bit longer so I could have my teeth cleaned again. Dr. Spurlin and her staff have my highest recommendation

Staff is vert friendly and knowledgeable. The office is top of the line a flat screen right in front of you and the chairs are magnifico. My mouth is a dentist nightmare she was not intimidated and worked extra hard to develop a treatment plan. Im going to enjoy working with this Awsome dentist. 2 months later......Had 3 extractions and a temporary bridge placed on the right side. 3 hours in the office I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist. She kept me very comfortable shes not heavy handed, I didnt even realize the teeth had been removed. She did a beautiful job and we still have the

They were very nice, but less than a year later I have found out that all the work they did has to be redone because they either missed parts of cavities or the fillings were overfilled. The descaling I paid out of pocket for also had to be redone. I’m upset that I paid all that money just to have to have it redone when I moved. My new dentist thoroughly explains things and actually shaped my fillings.

Dr. Spurlin in great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, kind and considerate, and always looking for ways to make you feel comfortable. She has an amazing hygienist Ellen who takes so much care in making you feel comfortable. She takes her time in cleaning and doesn't hurt. Some dentist make you feel guilty some how for not taking care of your oral hygiene but that is not the case here. They just make you feel welcome and cared for. Bravo Dr. Spurlin! I will be back!

When I say this lady is an Angel from heaven. I've had so very bad experiences with dentist and had developed a phobia of dentist. I am happy to report that all this has changed. Dr. Spurlin is PHENOMENAL and her staff. If only I had went to her earlier but I am thankful that I have found this office now!

Dr. Spurlin has been my doctor since she worked at a dental office by Lowe’s. When I found out she moved and had her own practice I moved with her. Why? Because it’s hard enough to keep up with people that are good at what they do. We moved to Ft Rucker in 2013 and I have been seeing her. Fast forward to 2019 now our whole family comes here. She… is professional at what she does. The facility is always clean and very welcoming. And the staff here are always friendly and always take the time to answer any of my 1000 questions. I went to Dr. Spurlin with a genuine fear of the dentist, and I made this clear from the moment I made the appointment. I went to get my teeth cleaned — 3rd time in my life, that’s how scared I am — and it was recommended to me to have my wisdom teeth removed, so I scheduled that with an oral surgeon. Between the teeth cleaning and the removal, I… had intense tooth pain. I called twice, left messages, and never received a call back. I ended up going to the ER. I was able to get a hold of the oral surgeon and had my appointment moved up to have the infected tooth removed

This dental clinic is wonderful. Having a female dentist makes my visit so much more pleasant. I have dental anxiety! The facility is always clean. It's a beautiful facility ! My hygienist Ellen is top notch! She has taken care of my teeth for years. The two receptionists are both very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this office..Dr. Spurlin is gentle which means a lot to me. Thank you to the whole office for happy visits. :-)

Most of the staff is amazing and also the Dentists. However a lady name Sandy was very rude to my husband twice. First she was looking for the paperwork to process us and she told my husband very rudely to hurry up because she wanted to go to lunch and that we were holding them up. And the second time we called because we missed an appointment and… we wanted to reschedule and she was very rude on the phone. I paid $45 for missing the app (I understand that because it was my mistake) but there was no reason for her to treat us that way. I am not going back to this dentist because of the disrespectfulness
