I have been with Kat for about one year. Our work outs are challenging, and never get boring. She reads me like a book and knows what to say and do to motivate me. She knows I can be somewhat lazy at times and gives me a polite kick in the pants so to speak. I have lost some weight with her. She is a warm, supportive and no nonsense trainer, a class act. Kudos to Kat.

Cat has helped me to lose some weight and live a healthier life. She has given me a wealth of nutritional info. I have osteo arthritis and other medical issues. She is thoughtful when planning her workouts with me. Her training sessions suit my conditions. I never feel over extended, but yet I work up a sweat. I don't know how she does it. And she always knows the right thing to say when I don't feel like moving.
Cat is also very accommodating with my schedule. She is flexible and always works with me when I cancel. My former trainer charged me for full sessions when I cancelled. Ouch!! I highly

After successive failures to lose weight, I decided to try a PT. I could not motivate myself past 2 weeks to exercise or eat healthy and sensibly. I am so glad a friend recommended Cat. I have only been working with Cat for one month now, but I have lost a little weight. My workout is taxing, but I don't feel exhausted afterwards. I am fairly overweight, so I have a long way to go. But, I feel much better about myself. When it comes to food, I am a junk food junkie, my downfall. She has given me some great cooking advice, besides a flexible meal plan.
