I have been using this daycare for roughly 2 months. My son is 6 months old. One of the workers bleached his navy blue Nike onsie a few weeks ago. Last week they lost his anticolic straw for his Dr. Browns bottle. Thursday 8/19/21 they use HiMama and stated my son was getting a diaper change at 5pm and a bottle at 3:20 but I picked him up at 3pm on the dot. Today 8/25/21 I picked up my son and his anticolic straw for his bottle was lost along with the lid. When I brought it to the director’s attention she caught an attitude and tried to act as if it’s no big deal. That’s 2 bottles that need

Literally just called 30 seconds before I wrote this review. Whoever answered the phone greeted me and then started talking to somebody else and then just put the phone down or put me on mute that’s RUDE there are other places to send kids so no problem I’ll find somewhere with better customer service but why even answer the phone just to do that

Very Professional Staff , And workers. Clean and sterile Building . Teaching Skills that Keep Children’s Attention . The Baby 👶🏻 Nursery and Toddlers seemed happy . On a drop off during Lunch Food was being served to the Children . During the Rising Hot Summer Temperature 🤒 The Building was Comfortably cool Environment , And a Pleasant Music 🎶 From The System. But Most Impressive The Security’s Of High Technology I Feel The Children Are Safe
