The MagicAl line was specifically designed to offer my customers household-sized products, with the same ingredients used by The Ground Floor, without the inconvenience of having to lug around industrial size buckets.

We are experts in cleaning, polishing, honing, grinding, repairing and sealing of Natural Stone, Marble, Travertine, Terrazzo, Limestone, Granite, Slate, Tile and Grout.
We will personally visit your property and after a thorough evaluation, outline a restoration and maintenance program. We can show you how regularly scheduled attention can save you time and money, and keep your place looking great. Procedure: After examining the floor and listening to your concerns, we develop a plan to restore the stone as best as reasonable.
Simultaneously, this system steam cleans tile, stone & grout, and vacuums up the mess, leaving the floor virtually dry and ready to either seal or walk on. Get rid of the dirty, smelly, germ ridden inner part of the trash chute in condos and apartment buildings. We sanitize the chute and the room for healthy living.
We have a water based, environmentally friendly sealer called Crystal Magic Stone Sealer. It is an excellent sealer, with virtually no odor, and is easy to apply. We like to say it is goof-proof, and I am the goof who can proof it! Clean your floors well, let them dry completely, and apply two applications of the sealer once a year and you are well protected against water and oil.

There are not enough positive things that I can say about Ground Floor. They are without question nothing short of genius and meticulous with their workmanship and their superb customer service. I thought that I Had to redo all of my tile.. The Ground Floor regrouted the entire kitchen and it looks brand new. THEY RE THE BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I would give them 100 Stars any day. Had a terrible experience with another provider who used the wrong product on my tile floors. They looked horrific & felt slippery. Then the "fix" the other provider suggested sounded even worse to me so I reached out to The Ground Floor. I use their products to clean my floor after they helped me with another area years and years ago. Don't know why I didn't think to call them first. So when I called them to come in and fix what had been done they not only told me exactly what the other provider did wrong(which he couldn't figure out) they also told me exactly what they fix was for it(which was

Very impressed with Ground Floor as you can see by my rating. Adam was quick to respond, professional, and expert in the area of stone restoration. He was able to skillfully refurbish my in-home flagstone fireplace as well as revive the color of stamped concrete in my backyard as well as other stone work I have. What I was most impressed with was his deep knowledge of his craft. He knew what his company and services could offer and did not oversell. What a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I had my Saltillo tile cleaned and sealed back in July 2018. I had to have them come back out to clean up some white spotting. I felt they were annoyed they had to correct it and gave me a hard time. I went with this company because they had great reviews, which I honesty think friends and family wrote. I spent thousand of dollars and they look the exact same as before they clean them. Another problem I have is when they are wet they are very, very slippery, which I didn't have a problem before they came out. I hope myself or someone does not fall or I'll know

It was such a pleasure to meet Adam,Lien, and their colleague today. They showed up exactly on time and did an impeccable job on making our travertine floors look amazing! First we did a thorough walk through where they carefully looked at the floors and evaluated what was needed. They took stock of the condition and noted tiles in need of repair that were cracked or where the grout needed fixing. Then they did a thorough power wash and took years of embedded dirt out and spent time to perfectly remove grout that a previous contractor had incorrectly spread all over the tile. This is the BEST stone floor cleaning and repair company you will find. Have used them twice over the course of 3 years and both times my floor is gorgeous - just like it was when it was installed. Had marble counters and stone floors that were dirty, etched, and generally awful. They responded quickly to a request for a quote, and even more rapidly to getting two days of work done. The improvement was unbelievable. The bosses come by at the end to make sure that the work has been completed to the residents satisfaction. And I can assure you it was done wonderfully. The kitchen and two bathrooms with tile have never looked so good in the four years we've been in this home. All the way around an excellent experience.

I was referred to Adam by a a friend who is a property manager in Santa Monica. He was incredibly responsive by phone and within a few days they were at my house doing the work. My ten year old kitchen carrera countertop and two bathrooms were restored to almost new. The technician was incredibly neat and tidy. I highly recommend them!
