Brad was born in The Dalles, Oregon before moving to Kelso, Washington when he was in the 2nd grade. His dad started the Kelso branch of Interstate Pest Management and is the third generation of Thorstenson's to work at Interstate Pest Management. Brad started working at the company in 1978, before buying his dad out in 1993.
Stephanie was born and raised in Longview, Washington. She is married with 2 kids. She joined the Interstate Pest team in March of 2018. Prior to her position at Interstate she was a Teacher's Aide at Cedar Ridge Children's Center for 10 years while she attended Washington State University to earn her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management Operations.
Karrie joined Interstate Pest Management in September of 2016 and works as one of our Customer Service Representatives. Karrie provides support to our customers to help address and resolve all their needs. She understands that every customer's needs are unique so she always makes sure to listen, understands, and help come up with a plan of action to make sure all needs are met and resolved.
Seren was born and raised in Longview, WA. Seren is one of our Customer Service Representatives, and does a great job at providing customer support. Seren strives to provide a great customer service experience, and does a great job at building relationships, resolving complex issues, and achieving customer loyalty.

We are surrounded by field & forest and mice, spiders, earwigs are an issue at different times of the year, I tried everything I knew to eliminate those earwigs. I asked for an inspection & consultation, they walked the property and did an incredible assessment. We signed up for the service, they sprayed around the outside of our house, took down any cobwebs, made sure any access to under the house was covered. We have hummingbird feeders & an infirm older dog that we were worried about (if poisoning), they took care of it ALL without worry for us. Every interaction with them has been courteous

We are faithful customers of Interstate Pest Management for about ten years. We had a carpenter ant infestation in our home. Their technician identified the problem, and treated our house. The ants were gone after the first treatment. We have been on a quarterly maintenance schedule ever since. Anytime we have any concerns, they investigate and take care of everything. We will continue putting our trust in this great company!

Donavan came to my house today, Tuesday, October 24, 3017, to help solve a reaccurring problem with a mice issue in my kitchen. He was very professional and checked every possible place (both inside & out ) that could have a hole where they are coming in !!! He even moved the refrigerator & checked for holes behind it which no technician had ever done. He also found holes in a under counter cupboard that had never been discovered

We recently had our first visit with the "all seasons package" treating for ants and wasps, Jarrett was great, he was friendly and professional and someone you would want coming to your house. The ants have already disappeared in a couple of days, so far we have felt it is worth the cost to have regular pest control!

Called and spoke to them about helping me with my possible pest problem. Staff was incredibly professional on the phone - eager to help and pleasant. We have an appointment scheduled and I will further review the service at that time.

Been having trouble keeping up with wasp nest removal so decided to call in the professionals. Called on Monday and they were able to send out a tech the very next day. Tech showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and able to fully explain all the services they offered. I could have gone with the one time visit for $275 that comes with a 2 month guarantee OR a service plan. I elected to go with the quarterly service plan. $200 for the first visit (which included wasp next removal, preventative ant spraying and sweeping all the eaves around the house) then $98 every 3 mos, when
