I became an exterminator with the intention of providing the best pest control services in Portland OR and Vancouver WA. I had a desire to approach the environment, customer service and value of pest control services in a different way. Antworks Pest Control is highly certified in taking care of residential and commercial pest problems. Whether it's a small ant infestation to a large hornets nest, Antworks will do an exceptional job of removing the problem. They have a mission to provide the best customer service, while providing the best pest removal and control.
Started All About Ants Pest Control in 2005 and as we grew we became Antworks Pest Control. Although we specialize in ants (especially those pesky sugar ants everyone in the industry has difficulty with).I wanted to change the name to reflect the fact that we also guarantee all our work for all other local pests!
Ants and other pests are attracted to moisture related areas such as the kitchens and/or bathrooms. An exterminator concentrates the treatment in those key areas where ants reside. Wall void injections, crack, crevice and sometimes baseboard treatments are also necessary if your exterminator finds the infestation has spread.
Every treatment is custom-designed for the pest, structure, and infestation, because every home is different! When we treat for pests, we look at your home environment inside and out, looking for pest activity, conditions that might encourage them, and the best locations to focus our treatment on. Asking these basic questions can help us diagnose the issue, and begin to formulate a pest plan for your home.

Whether you are experienced or inexperienced and have an interest in the Pest Control industry we encourage you to apply (training provided). My previous landlords used this company for us when we had an ant infestation so when we were having issues in our new home we asked our new landlord to set up something with them as well. They're fast, super knowledgeable and friendly. We're pleased with the work and know if we have any issues they'll come back out.

My family has depended on Antworks for years to keep our home bug free and are always so pleased with their service. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (in the office and the technicians), their prices are affordable, and the actual service works like a charm. We have a particularly nasty spider problem if left untreated and I really don’t know what I would do without the treatment they do regularly for us. We’ll never go anywhere else for our pest control needs.

They came, they saw, they conquered! Antworks was out here within hours of my call. Their technician was thorough - outside, in the crawl space, under the sinks - smart and friendly. He didn't push any continuous service plan. The ants we had been fighting for two or three weeks were GONE - just like that. Four month guarantee.
Some of these pest control outfits can be a little pushy, their accounting confusing and their technicians and especially phone people not the brightest. Antworks is a breath of fresh air - so to speak. We will hire them again.

I've used this company for three years and no more. It's always the same issues with blame with someone else in their office "your not in our books but I'll make sure you are in this time". I set up three appointments a year to get the best price from this company and it's always the 2nd appointment no one shows or calls back and I am waiting around all day. When I call the phone rings off the hooks so I leave messages with no return call. Enough is enough.

Ants were invading my house by the thousands this year. They were all over my food, and sometimes they would even crawl on me and my family while trying to sleep. It was miserable! We called Antworks and they got rid of our ant problems in one appointment. It took three weeks for all the ants to go away, but their methods really work. They also offered great advice on ways to improve our home so that ants and other insects are less likely to infest. These guys are great.

The husband and wife team here is amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers and tell you step by step what exactly you need to do to avoid pests, and use the highest quality, non-toxic and environmentally conscious removal techniques to keep pests from returning.
They are excellent communicators and have a high standard of integrity. I would go back to them in a second if I needed any more pest control; ant or otherwise. I honestly never expected such outstanding service from an pest control/extermination company, and was pleasantly surprised.
