Gerdes is great, approachable guy. He showed a lot of compassion when my husband suffered a very painful dental trauma a few years ago, going above and beyond- even calling him at home to check on him! Who does that anymore?!?! They work well with our insurance too, making sure that we are getting the best care in the most cost effective manner.

Dr. Gerdes and his entire office staff are the best, very skilled. They are truly about positive patient experience. The entire team will do just about anything to make sure that patients are well taken care of. I have been going to Dr. Gerdes and his hygienist for about 25 years and have never had any complaints. Dr. Gerdes please don't ever retire, your patients need you.

I highly recommend Dr. Gerdes and his stellar team! They have provided excellent dental care for me since my childhood, whether in the form of routine cleanings or guidance about braces and wisdom teeth. Now, as an adult, I continue going to them since they know me well and I trust them. Where to start? I've been going to Dr Gerdes since 1998 or 1999. I have followed him to his current location from his old place in Shorewood. I recommended him to countless people and now my wife and my children also go. Dr Gerdes and his staff are like family. I actually look forward to seeing everyone for my check-ups and everyone remembers us. I honestly can't think of anyone that would be better than Dr Gerdes. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I have been coming to Dr. Gerdes since I was 4 years old and I have always looked forward to my visits. Every time I drive past the office I make sure to tell whoever I’m with how great my dental expirence has been. All the hygienists, Dr.Gerdes, and the woman at the front desk are incredibly friendly and always genuinely interested in your life or whatever it is you want to talk about. While I have a cleaning or some sort of a filling or something I feel like I am more than just a patient. They will inform me of what they are doing while they do it, they will reassure me if there are any concerns

Wonderful, clean, friendly and comfortable environment. Dr. Gerdes does what's best for the patient(me). The whole office staff is very professional yet at the same time fun-loving. I've never left an appointment not having laughed. The quality of the dental work(crowns, fillings and preventative care) is top-notch. Dr. Gerdes has been our dentist for over 25 years.

I had an extreme fear of dentistry and rarely went unless I had to. We recently moved to the area and heard raving reviews about Dr. Gerdes and his team, so I thought I’d give it a shot and I now know why he came highly recommended. I felt completely at ease with his friendly staff and their accommodations for my anxiety needs from the moment I walked in and for the first time in years. My initial appointment was great and opened my mind up to relieve the fear as they were gentle and educated me as to what they were doing. My second visit was great too! Dr. Gerdes is the best dentist anywhere. I love his personality and bedside manner and he will send you to a specialist when he realizes that is the best thing for a patient. (ie: Tooth pulling or Root Canal). Missy his Dental Hygenist is the best. She is very thorough but friendly and makes the teeth cleaning go fast. Over the years I have developed a friendship with her that makes going to the dentist something to look forward to.
I have always disliked going to the dentist but this office makes it a pleasure. Sandy his receptionist is also teriffic when it comes to insurance, changing appointments

I have been seeing Dr. Gerdes and his staff since 2010 and since then my mouth has never felt better. When I first started seeing him I knew I needed a decent amount of work done along with having gum issues. He worked on a treatment plan with me that was not too overwhelming and also achievable. He also referred me to a periodontist that was with in my insurance plan and in which he worked together with in order to get my gums back to a healthy state. Through out all my treatment the entire staff was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. They were always willing to work around my schedule
