Rudy was our driver to the pier to board the Madri Gras he was amazing. He was fun gave us facts and even shared his experiences as he loves to travel. He has been on 20 cruises he lives a stress free life I see why. The accommodations where easy, and very precise. Thank you so much for making this experience a great one! We booked round trip service from an Orlando hotel to the cruise ports, returning to MCO. It was very convenient to be picked up at the hotel. The service was timely and the company communicated their arrival times well on both pickup days. On the way back to the airport, my wife left her phone in the shuttle. Reese was able to locate the phone and coordinated drop off before our flight! We definitely will book again for future cruise port transportation.

Never use again. Almost an hour late, apparently the driver went to another airport and those peoples flight was late, so instead of getting our party of 6 where we needed to go and go back for the two of them, they made us sit outside the airport for 55 minutes. When I called the customer service rep was beyond rude, I asked if I could cancel, she refused to respond just saying I could send an e-mail to them. Driver packed us in a van and threw our luggage in an old U-haul trailer. Never again. Use Uber or Lyft

Denise and Rudy are great drivers. So kind and considerate. We used this service to travel from Sanford to Port Canaveral, and back to the airport again after our cruise. They were kind and prompt, and made our trip to very smoothly. We will use them every time we are travelling by air to go on a cruise!

We used Quick Shuttle to transfer to and from our Hotel and cruise ship. It was extremely stress free. They notified us through text the morning of, and gave us the name and number of our driver. Communication was super easy. Our driver, Jennifer was fantastic! She was professional and on time. We will use Quick Shuttle again.

Excellent service. I was contacted by text with the name of the driver and where, in the airport, to find the vehicle. A few minutes later, the driver called me to confirm that he was on his way and would be over in about 15 minutes. Highly recommended. Wondered about the older, bad reviews. Had zero expectations and was so pleasantly surprised at the kind and caring service they provided. Will definitely use them again.
