A native New Yorker, broker/owner Lou La Gatta launched Marin Realty Group in 2007. After a successful career as a Realtor in Marin County beginning in 1991, Lou acquired his broker's license in 2000. He has managed and trained real estate sales people for the past five years while maintaining his busy sales career with sales partner, Joan Parr.
Britt Westberg La Gatta was born in San Francisco and grew up in Mill Valley and Belvedere. She graduated from The Branson School and Sarah Lawrence College, where she majored in music. After college she lived in New York City, where by night she sang with the likes of Amato Opera and NYC Grand Opera, or went to CBGB's or Max's Kansas City to hear music.
Born and raised in Marin County, Jim is an expert on living in Marin. He majored in Art and started Creative Woodworks, his construction company, in 1977. He began buying investment properties in 1981" which" was the true beginning of" his real estate career." Jim has built several custom homes in Mill Valley and Belvedere.

Well, I was doing some work today in the wonderful town of Larkspur, CA. I decided that with the situation in real estate it may make sense to speak with some local people. I always like to dabble in the industry.
I came accross this person from Marin Realty. Well, this fellow was more then rude. He was obnoxious and insulting. I would think that this group has other great agents but this guy was awful. His name...he never gave it to me...how bizarre...well, this is one group I would never use.
