Whitney and his team took care of all the time consuming things that needed to happen prior to listing and showing our Duplex in Larkspur. He and his tram took car of deep cleanings once tenants were out, inspections, sewer lateral video inspection, yard cleanup and some light new landscaping and more. These were things that needed to happen but some of them wouldn't have happened with Own Marin, my schedule is just too busy.
