I've now used Ric's twice for my Tesla, once for warranty work and recently for chipped paint from a door ding. Both times they were quick and did quality work.
For my most recent visit they gave me a quick estimate and scheduled me for their next available appointment two weeks out. Their service was worth the wait. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and I got text updates throughout the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle it had a very minor scratch on the door and the manager immediately took it back to the shop to have it completely washed and buffed the scratch right out.

I will never take my car anywhere other than Ric's after an accident or anytime I need work done on it. They are extremely nice and professional. They also do top notch work and communicate with you on a regular basis throughout the process. I recommend them to friends, family and even strangers on a regular basis.

My wife's front bumper was cracked from some road debris that was kicked up by the vehicle in front of her as she drove home from work. I brought it to Ric's Body & Paint and, within 5 minutes of arriving, Brandon greeted me. He asked a few questions and took pictures of the damage. I received an estimate via email in under 20 minutes! Brandon also took the initiative to contact my insurance company to make sure that its estimate was approved and sent to him in a timely fashion. He really went the extra mile for us. That's a level of service that you don't see enough of these days. It really speaks

I have used Ric’s 3 times all within the same year, just had bad luck with other drivers and a tire hitting me. Each time I was beyond impressed with the quality of work done along with the customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and wouldn’t go anywhere else for car repair.
