Services
Acupuncture is the insertion of ultra-thin needles into the skin and muscle at specific points on the body. Through the stimulation of these points, acupuncture can treat a variety of physical and emotional conditions by restoring normal function and balance to the various body systems. Treatments are based on Chinese medicine theory, diagnosis, and practice, a system of medicine that has been developed and practiced for over 4,000 years.
Breathwork is a type of active meditation that can facilitate self-healing, help connect you with your inner wisdom and deep intuition, and support you in releasing what's no longer serving you. The beauty of this work is that through the breath, you can process your emotions, past trauma, and current challenges, all while bypassing the thinking brain.
Craniosacral Therapy is subtle, but powerful, bodywork that uses light touch to locate and release restrictions, tension and pain in our physical and emotional bodies. Craniosacral Therapy is a hands-on type of bodywork that is practiced on a fully-clothed patient. When the Craniosacral Therapist places their hands on a patient's body, they are looking for what is called the Cranial Rhythm.
The natural world carries such incredible healing potential. Herbal medicine is the administration of herbs in specific doses. Based on a patient's unique symptoms and presentation, a combination of herbs is selected to treat the symptoms, achieve better balance in the body, and prevent the onset of symptoms in the future.
Online sessions are between 15-60 minutes long, and will be structured around your unique needs, goals, and priorities. Appointments are open to new and established patients. Please note: new patients desiring a consultation with one of our Licensed Acupuncturists must book a 60-minute new patient consult for their first appointment.

Leah has been my practitioner for 6 years. I specifically sought out Kim to help with my menstrual pain, digestion and for herbs. I'm also an acupuncturist, so I know what I want in a practitioner and Kim is it. I appreciate that this team of providers can step in for one another when my "regular" acupuncturist is unavailable. While I normally see Kim (and am EXTREMELY SATISFIED), I have also received care from Leah and Tatum. They all offer responsive and personalized care within a setting that I find very healing and professional.

I am getting consistently great care at Constellation Acupuncture. I have some sneaky ailments that no one else was able to diagnose or treat.
