Services
Fred Busch began growing vegetables on Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis. Then, in 1920, Bill, Fred, and Carl Busch, the second generation, moved the business to Golden Valley, Minnesota. There, they began growing flowers as well. Sixteen years later, Len Busch was born. He worked with his family at Busch Brothers for most of his childhood.

Len Busch is my go to wholesale floral supplier. I get great products from them, and when I have an issue they act quickly to rectify the problem. This organization stands in the market due to the bad treatment to their employees. Most of the employees are Mexican and working in very rough conditions. They think they're professionals in lean manufacturing but the reality is the laboral exploitation they put on their employees. Their Latino employees are afraid of speaking their minds there's a woman named Martina Hnzl, the most mediocre and rude supervisor I've ever had. Human resource by Erin Schueller, is very unethical; the company is racist, and they are not professionals. I took an internship as an engineer in Lean Six

Len Busch is a vendor I work with on a daily basis. They are truly outstanding! In a way that is becoming rare, they take pride in their product and meeting their customers needs. If there are any problems with a delivery, they fix it immediately. Old fashioned integrity in a business...so hard to find these days...and makes my job much more enjoyable!

I am pretty happy with LB so far. My sales rep tries tirelessly to meet my needs and have been great at price matching most products I get elsewhere. I like their grown products, and I especially love their lilies and gerbera daisies. My experience with LB has been pretty positive so far. No business is perfect, but I do value the fact that they try their best to make things right. That's important to me as a customer.

The quality of flowers at Len Bush Roses is simply awesome! As a florist I’ve gotten fresh cut flowers from a number of other venders and Len Bush is a cut above the rest. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Also the customer service I’ve received has been just stellar. They go out of their way to accommodate.

Your driver failed to yield as he was getting on interstate this morning (Faribault). I guess delivering flowers at 6:00 AM is more important than public safety. Somebody please show him the brake pedal, explain its purpose and train him so he knows how to use it. Merging traffic must yield. People lives are at stake.
