Just moved out and glad to say will never come back. The place was super gross. Always had some crazy person screaming outside and the leasing agents don’t really care once u sign lease. Make sure to take pictures once you move out so they don’t take half your security deposit and say that had to replace something that they never did.

This was a great place to live. Never any issues. Clean. No bugs. Whenever something needed to be fixed it would get done the same or next day. Safe. My neighbors were all quiet, never had any noise complaints. The office staff is friendly. Got back a fair amount of my deposit when i moved out. Totally recommend this complex.

Just moved in definitely not what it looks like in pictures. Not worth the price I’m paying.. grounds are dirty and granite tops is actually tape. The apartment smells like an old hotel with a lot of cigarette smoke. Waiting for my one year is up to get out. On the upside Management team is respectful and professional.

Great staff. Tammy is the best always willing to help and a great person to talk to. But poor security and corporate doesnt care at all about situations. My car has been broken into 4 times and recently they busted my window. There is never a security guard no security cameras. Things are always breaking down here also.

In general it's a good place. The staff is nice. But one star is due to horrible parking situation. It's so bad, it over shadows all the good. Something to consider because it impacts how you live. Plan your weekends and evenings ahead if you have more than one car. Additional paid parking is offered at an unreasonable price. $600 per year for one more spot.

Good place to live. Street parking is terrible and the gym needs more treadmills, but overall clean and maintenance was always quick. Managers always worked really well with me, especially Tammy Marie. She was awesome. Laundry can be difficult, but overall good property. Lived there 3 years and never really had any problems.

Honestly, whoever has said they have had a wonderful experience is probably lying. The staff is hard to get along with. They are always playing the "she said, he said" game and throwing blame at one another as long as it's not themselves. Tammy always has the worst attitude and isn't afraid to act in a belittling manner. Her fake smile always covering her rude comments. They should really try to focus on improving office-tenant relationship because that is one of their weakest points. I wouldn't recommend this place for that reason alone. Tenants should be able to reach out to their landlords/office

Recommend finding a different place to live, parking is terrible unless you actually get an assigned parking spot and do not have to share it with housemates, parking outside of the gated area (that is inconveniently small) parking is a hassle unless you get to park before 5 PM, you get tickets on all the streets between 2-5 AM everyday, walls and doors are so thin you can heard every little noise from your neighbors, towing company tows many cars because the security calls and it super expensive, A/C unit sucks and it gets really hot during the summer time, heater smells like somethings burning

You know the saying that you get what you pay for... well here you get much more! friendly staff Nightly security beautiful pool area spacious apartments, all at a great price. Plus every store you could possibly need right around the corner. Definitely a great choice!! Very pleased we moved here!
Update: new management, new rules, no after hours emergency maintenance help. Just a recorded message. Very sad, after 3 years the place is going downhill and fast!
