People's plumbing was the assigned contractor to unclog a stoppage.The technician lied and indicated the insurance company did not cover unclogged stoppages from a clean out access point inside the house. He stated he will send that diagnosis to the insurance company and I could discuss with them on next steps. Upon discussing with the insurance company, I learned the tech's diagnosis was that an clean out access point was not available and they needed to install a new one. People's plumbing lied to the customer and the insurance company. There is a clean out access point to complete the job, however

Got directed to PP by American Home Shield. If you are in the same boat, do yourself a favor and choose someone else. They came out to diagnose a simple leaking faucet. Claimed they could not get parts for it despite it being a top-selling brand at Home Depot. Asked me to get parts myself and they would come back and install it. I ordered the parts, which was a hassle and took a while to come in. When they did arrive I called PP to schedule and they told me the ticket was closed. I called AHS (who had already billed me) to straighten it out, and after saying there was nothing they could do finally

Just had a great experience with Sergio from people’s plumbing! We are new homeowners and this was our first time in need of a plumber. Sergio was recommend to us . I was able to get an appointment in less than a week for a toilet repair. Sergio was extremely friendly, educated us on the repair and was straightforward with our options for service replacement vs toilet replacement. He spent a lot of time explaining to us the issue and even showed us how he was going to resolve the problem. We even inquired about a new sump pump for our crawlspace. I wish I could give this Company 10 stars! As a victim of Contractor Fraud I was a little skeptical trusting another Company to complete my home. From the girls in the office Lisa and Sandy right to each one of the technicians Sergio, Matt, Josh and JJ they all made us feel very comfortable. Each and everyone of them were very professional. If I could give Sergio 10 stars, I would. We first called People's Plumbing about 2 years ago on the recommendation of my brother. I believe it was to install a new dishwasher and replace our hot water heater. I have never made a better call as a homeowner. Since that first service, Sergio has been to our house countless times to address plumbing issues (and sometimes not even plumbing, like the time he was over for a plumbing issue and fixed our dryer!). People’s Plumbing is the best around! They are fast, reliable and honest. We had a problem with our HVAC system and the first plumber we called told us we needed to replace the whole system. We called People’s Plumbing in and they thoroughly examined the system and told us all we needed was to replace one part. They ordered it right away and installed it as soon as it came in a couple of days later. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. I had them come out for an estimate to install a new connector for a grill on the gas line. They came out, gave me a good price and then said they could do the job right then. They took out my old grill, hooked up the new connector and the new grill. The guys were professional, careful and quick. All with the gas line under the deck. Already recommended them.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR PRODUCT. They installed a water heater $2200. two years ago. The relief valve started on leaking. The owner came and told us $225 plus labor! We called RHEEM and informed them. They're sending the $18 piece for free,And so apologetic.. So they may be nice installing your product but don't expect them to stand behind it!!!

This father & son team literally saved my life. Thank you thank you thank you!!! They FIXED a botched job, that someone who was even recommended to me, had taken days to get done. Needless to say, I still had a serious boiler issue even after that guy's repair. I called peoples plumbing today as I had an appointment on Tuesday and the weather made it impossible for peoples plumbing to come out.
The receptionist argued wth me that she did call to cancel and reschedule the appointment.
She did not and then she admitted she dialed the wrong number. I asked for today and she said no only tomorrow, I said I would call AHS and request a different company.
She then was able to squeeze me in. So they send two very young service techs and
they looked in my drain and said, here's your problem. I had dropped a small piece of plastic
in the drain and the flip

So we called Peoples for a leaky faucet and in a different bathroom, a running toilet. Despite being overcharged $400 for both jobs and changing out a showerhead, all were installed fine. However, when they left, the toilet next to the sink was running. They were not supposed to work on this toilet. However, I noticed that while they were in this bathroom, the lid of this toilet was on the floor and so were the shampoo bottles that were on the lid. So they obviously opened the tank. Stay AWAY FROM PEOPLE PLUMBING....They left me with no air-conditioning for 1 week as of today still no answer to what the problem is. I was just told by Danielle in the office that I was rude...No Danielle I'm not rude I'm livid with the inept customer service!!! Always check reviews before you hire someone one..lesson learned.

I've used these guys a few times, first to fix an issue that NJ natural gas couldn't. Had an expensive contract with nj natural gas, had no heat and they sent 2 different people and neither could fix the issue, they told me it was one thing but it was a "plumbing" issue and not part of the contract. I called people's plumbing since they're right down the street, they came in about a half hour and as soon as I described the issue they knew what it was (airlock) and they fixed it in no time. Used them again when a part went on my boiler, the part was expensive but

I was selling my house and the inspector found some water leaks, corrosion on pipes and a cracked sewer pipe, so I Had these guys come over to evaluate some water leaks and cracked sewer pipe. They said I had no water leaks and the sewer pipe was fine.
So I had another plumber come and actually show me where the leaks were and water dripping from the pipes. Beware of Peoples plumbing in West Keansburg!
They don't want to work just invoice you for house calls.
