Alpine is very professional, punctual, and communicates well. For the first run through they fully explained what they were doing, what chemicals they were using, and how the treatment works. I've seen a significant reduction in bugs indoors and outdoors. Subsequent follow up treatments have been seamless. Recommended.

We just started our service with Alpine this week, so I'll post again later on results, but I was really impressed with the service we've received this far, so I thought it was warranted! When I called to make the appointment, the woman I spoke with was helpful and informative and made signing up quite easy. And Steven, our tech that came to treat the house, was very polite and friendly, which is so refreshing! He was in and out quickly but seemed to be quite thorough.

Had salesperson "Toni" come to my door to offer pest services from Alpine. Not only was she not wearing a mask (there's a state-wide order to do so in Texas), but she wiped her mouth right before pressing my doorbell. I don't care what your personal thoughts are about the COVID pandemic, but as a business, you should be aiming to instill trust in your customers, especially potential ones that you are cold-selling.
