Sarah is the best! We had a MAJOR fire ant issue on the south side of our house pop up in early January 2021. The ants had started coming into our bedroom/bathroom/kitchen. Sarah responded to our request for services within 24 hours and scheduled to come out 24 hours after that! She is extremely friendly, kind, and super knowledgeable. She patiently explained everything that was going on with our situation and what steps she was going to take to eradicate the ants. I was having a lot of cockroach issues. Sarah came on time and prepared not only to access the problem, but treat it as well. After surveying the house and chatting with me, I decided to use Eco Pro Services and Sarah went to work inside the house and garage.
It was raining that day, so Sarah came back to make the outside the house inspection. She had some important information to share on the origins of my roach problems.
Since Sarah’s visit, I have had a few roaches in the garage, but, they were definitely dying, otherwise, it’s been all clear!

Sarah the owner is great. When I developed a "bug problem" she came promptly to inspect and follow up was scheduled as promised and on time. Sarah with EcoPro is truly the best. We need to support small businesses like these more. She's so knowledgable, reliable and helpful with EVERYTHING related to pests! She even went as far as using a microscope to determine what type of ant we had on the exterior of our home to ensure it wasn't something more harmful (I was concerned) and provided tips and advice on preventative measures to block out all pests. I really can't say any cons about this company!

We originally found Branson through thumbtack when we needed a broken sprinkler pipe replaced. Since then he has helped our family with planting, gardening, and all yard work. He's the best we have ever worked with and I highly recommended contacting him for any work you need done.

Branson and his team did an amazing job on our project. He helped me solidify the initial ideas I had and then quickly gave us a very reasonable quote. I spoke with several other landscapers and none had the professionalism or friendly demeanor as Branson. As for the project itself, Branson and his team cleared out a bunch of brush in our side yard, trimmed trees and plants that were overgrown, took out several small trees that were either dead or in the way, installed a ton of mulch, beautiful new plants, granite gravel and a dark gray gravel. I was in a state of panic and covered in bites when I called Sarah. She was calm, friendly and professional, and really went the extra mile (literally). After coming out and doing a thorough inspection, she came out again at my request to confirm the diagnosis. She taught me about signs of infestation and gave me clear instructions on what to do before during and after she treated my home.
