Modalities including: electrical stimulation, ultrasound, paraffin wax, heat and cryotherapy. After obtaining a Medical Diagnosis and referral from your Physician, you will be scheduled for your Initial Evaluation. The Initial Evaluation is when your Therapist takes a thorough history and performs physical tests and measurements in order to determine your Physical Therapy Assessment.
In California, Physical Therapists have direct access to treat patients who have been given a physician's diagnosis. Most insurance plans include physical therapy benefits. Many insurance companies require a physician's referral to deem treatment is medically necessary, and thus payable under the insurance plan.

Despite the pandemic code of ethics, I found this place to be operating a very functional place of therapy. The staff works very well together. My current injury was not overwhelming but my doctor recommended therapy. I'm glad he did. The exercises are little steps that help the recovery be complete recovery. No doubt I was healing before my doctor visit & would have totally healed without therapy but I'm convinced the therapy is a better way to go.

Seriously the best! My daughter had previously done physical therapy for a shoulder injury at "yellow cub" for 8 weeks with zero improvement (that is literally what they said when they sent her back to the orthopedist). She was told she could not pitch any more and should consider giving up softball altogether. We were able to get a referral to see CJ and the team at Tower and through his thorough assessment, CJ was able to detect issues that were missed by the orthopedic PA and the Sports Medicine Orthopedist. After the initial assessment, CJ developed a specific treatment plan and regimen and

I was referred here for my low back pain. The PT is very nice and motivational. I actually look forward to going. The atmosphere is relaxing. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.
The best part is the are open after 5 pm. I have put off therapy for years because I could not take that much time off work. I feel better every day and am looking forward to much less pain.
I highly recommend this place.

I was prescribed p.t. at Tower P.T. last April, 2017 for a back injury. Wonderful caring staff. My physical therapist was Kyle, who is extremely knowledgable and efficient. I was able to achieve a fair amount of flexibility working with Kyle and his assistants. Well, minus the young female assistant with the tight pants. She was abrupt in her instructions when she worked with me to the point that I had to mention it to Kyle that she was delaying any progress that I had achieved. All in all, a great PT facility!

Has you pay more than the amount contracted with your insurance company, which is absurd - that fact that there is a contract in the first place means that they are accepting the rate in the contract. I paid $28 per visit when my copay should have been $15. Also, they have you sign a contract saying you will pay the extra. I reported them to Anthem. If they don't want to accept the contracted rate, then they should not be contracted. I would call them to verify charges prior to setting up an appointment to make sure the proper amount is being charged, and if not, find another physical therapy

Knowledgeable PT therapists and assistants. My PT was Chris and he is excellent. The place is organized from reception to having the PT done. The assistants are great and very helpful. They ensure the doctor's order is complete and ensure all exercises are done properly and safely according to the needs of the patient. Recommend them to anyone needing PT. Great atmosphere also.
