So my ex husband decided to basically kidnap my son and try to hide him from me even though I have a court order and showed the daycare my court order they made sure to aid him in helping him hide my son from me. They even went as far as calling him to let him know I came up to the daycare looking for my baby. The funny part is they called while I stood outside waiting for them to scan my documents. The sad part is these lady's are parents and I am the one who initially chose the daycare in the first place. I will say they will never see MY kid again nor would I recommend trusting them with yours

They have great learning programs for my 3 year old son. My daughter is 7 months and her teacher follows through will all her care. She is breastfed and I make her food and Ms. Myisha always keeps me posted on her feeding habits. I’ve had all three of my children at Right Steps ( my oldest is in kindergarten) and they love their experience.

I am an EXTREMELY picky parent! My kids are my world ! My 2 year old and my 4 year old started Rights Steps this year and of course I was nervous at first but I had to trust God and my gut feeling and I’m so glad I did!!!! Yes it is family owned and operated but we feel like family! The owner and director are so loving and go above and beyond ! It’s a working relationship between me and them and my children, my children are very well behaved so that always helps!! You will not find a better learning facility nor will you find people who care more about your children.

Right Steps has been the best choice I ever made for my son. He has grown and developed so much with the staff. Speaking of staff, they are the most amazing group of people I have came across. My son and I have attended events and he greets every person there warmly and excitedly. He will show them his report card from school before he will show me. I could never have asked for a better day care! As a single parent the struggle is very real finding a daycare outside of the 9-5 gig and Right Step nails it by providing those, like myself who work the extended hours during the week, the perfect late

I recently moved to Houston with my 20 month old twins and I needed a daycare that would open as early as 5:00am. I was sketchy about bringing my children here after I had the tour of the facility, but it was convenient for me with the work schedule I had. So I tried it out for two weeks and I couldn’t cope with bringing my children here any longer. Every time I picked them up the staff would complain as if they couldn’t handle my boys. One day I picked the boys up and one of them was extremely warm and he was drooling from his mouth. I went home to check his temperature and it was 103.7. Not

The staff at this daycare are unprofessional and show favoritism amoung the kids. It's a family owned business and they make sure they take care of THEIR own, they could careless about the rest of the students.
Some problems I experienced while my kids attended were:
1. Being over charged for tuition.
2. Staff members push and pinch the kids (that's child abuse).
3. Clothes & blankets were lost & never returned. (They didn't even care or offer to replace the items).
4. They left my two elementary level kids stranded at school because they failed to provide me with the paperwork needed...so

Very pleased with the daycare. They are very structured base center and the staff members are very respectable and patient. I have a great appreciation for how the staff communicates with each of their students and parents. Based on my experience id definitely recommend

My children were there from the beginning pretty much and I love and appreciate Owner, Operator, and Staffing. No issues my kids love being there and they bond so well with staff. I would highly recommend Right Steps as your go to Daycare. The facility is Clean well kept spacious so much to do for all age groups.. Affordable, Very Reliable.

I give Right Steps two thumbs up!! My child looks forward to going to daycare here. There are never any issues and the staff members are professionals. They really care and have a passion for children. The owner and staff believes in communication amongst themselves and with parents. If you are a working parent with an irregular schedule, this is the place for you. You can reset assure your child will be in good hands.
