Ramirez did such an amazing job helping my girlfriend find a car, We were looking around in the lot when we were approached by him. He was friendly and welcoming, asked us for our budget and showed us all the cars that met our needs and budget. The paperwork was quick, compared to other dealerships i've been to which took hour(s). We were in-and-out in about an hour, not including the time it took for them to detail the car which they did a goodjob with. We drove off with a 2015 Jeep Cherokee! Overall a great shopping experience, now lets hope the car meets our expetations.

Last week I went to purchase a vehicle and was impressed by the customer service that I received. Charles saw me on the lot and immediately helped me to purchase my car at a pretty good rate being that I don’t have the best credit yet. They worked with me and didn’t pressure me into making a decision. I was in and out. Definitely recommend!

The customer service ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY isn't just bad. It's rude, disrespectful, and downright hostile. They don't follow through with paperwork, receipts, repairs covered by warranties, or DMV requirements.
Notice all the one star reviews here and then 5 star reviews. Makes me wonder who wrote those 5 star reviews when so many people have had bad, almost violent experiences with these people.
Just call the phone numbers and see if they answer. See is the VM are full. Then find a more reputable dealer. You don't have to put yourself through this.

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY SHADY
My first clue was when we drove from Virginia to buy a car during normal operating hours (according to their website) and no one was there.
Bought a car from them and signed hardcopy forms. Frank said he would email copies of the forms and a month later I was still waiting. I called multiple times and my calls went to voice mailboxes that were full and couldn't take new messages.
It took them four months to send the appropriate paperwork to the DMV so I could get the car processed.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKSIf I could give zero stars I would.

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews. The dealers were either weren't wearing their mask or wearing it properly and I spent 40 mins driving to this place just for them to tell me that the vehicle I was interested in was already sold. Frank also gave me the worst attitude through text ever. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
