Purchased car from out- of -state. Car appeared to be great from pictures, was told no issues, no problems. Salesman was attentive and said all the right things.
Price was higher then typical but I went ahead due to the perceived condition. Car arrived 7 days later, visually inspected and then parked it due to no paperwork for tags and bad weather.
First time I drove car I noticed a loud roaring noise from rear end.
Took car to local dealer who diagnosed it as a bent rear wheel and a bad wheel bearing.

My purchasing experience was initially great. The online sales manager was very helpful and accommodating. He was able to meet most of my demands and requests. Though, some unexpected mechanical issues occurred with the vehicle I purchased; it was promptly sent to the dealership for repairs. Things went wrong with the shipping of my license plates to my home address. It first went wrong when I was not notified that the plates were ready for pick up. Happen to stumble across Action while looking for my Honda Crosstour. I was totally surprised at the quality and quantity of cars on their lot but most of all I was blown away with their professionalism and customer service. Hayden was my Sales Rep and Ben was the manager that helped closed the deal. Both were nothing but a pleasure to do business with and I would not hesitate to buy my next car from them and will be more than happy to refer friends and family.

Army Service-member reviewer here! Both the management and staff at Action Preowned have made this the most pleasant car purchase I have ever had in my life. Ben took a very human approach to my needs, no fast talk, didn't bait and switch, was fully transparent about everything financially and then some! I was so glad I found this dealership looking for a 2017 Giulia Quadrifoglio and most of their cars were leased and European. Which means your going to get a car that the dealership HAD to keep in tip top shape to get business.

This dealership is small and unassuming at first glance . But the quality of the cars on their lot and the prestige condition are undeniable. We test drive a couple of luxury SUV's which all very clean , detailed and just beautiful. We walked out with a Cadillac SRX and was pleased with Don who helped close the deal. I contacted Action Automotive concerning a Mercedes SLS AMG. After searching for months on Autotrader and Car Gurus nationwide, I narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles, one of which was at Action Auto. They clearly had the best price and I believe it is because their overhead is low. Most of these types of cars are sold at big fancy sports car dealers or Mercedes dealerships whose overhead MUST be sky high to pay for all that excess.
