As a young and newly married man in the early 1970's, Rick Stark set off to do what any honest, hardworking man starting a family would do, he got a job. Rick began roofing for his uncle's union roofing company Altemeyer Roofing in Kirkwood, MO at the age of 20. He labored day in and day out all the while learning how to provide high quality roofing systems.
When his uncle was ready to retire, Rick took over the company with a partner. It was then that he learned to manage a business, and began building strong relationships with his suppliers and customers. Eventually, Altemeyer Roofing was dissolved which led to Rick establishing Stark Roofing, LLC in 2002.

We had Stark Roofing replace our roof, skylights, and gutters. I had three different bids and went with Stark Roofing. They were competitive and I appreciated how promptly Bryan always responded.
We had the work done during the spring so we had to work around rain but they were always prompt and efficient, they cleaned up the property thoroughly, and were always polite and responsive. We ended up changing our plan with the gutters because we ran into issues with a separate project (exterior drainage) and Bryan listened to my suggestions and concerns and we ended up with a solution that looks nice

We had some shingles blow off our roof during the recent windy days and we called several companies who allegedly performed "roof repair" but really only wanted to sell us a new roof. Ryan of Stark roofing repaired our roof quickly and professionally and for a reasonable price. Stark roofing will be our "roof guys" from now on. Thanks so much.

I can't say enough about what a great job Stark Roofing did on our home. They replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. They also solved a 13 year old leak issue that was unrelated to the roof at their own expense. I will always call Stark Roofing because they do fantastic work at a very reasonable price! More importantly, they will go the extra mile for their customers!
