The owner Chad and his team is some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had to deal with. Not only was he dismissive and insulting to my face but he did not stand behind the agreement we had in place in writing.
When my sign was delivered for my company there was a plethora of issues to fix including faulty lighting on the sign, multiple gaps that could cause water damage, lighting that was not up to code for exterior signage and paint chips/ breaks in the sign that had not been fixed.
It took 6 visits and many un returned phone calls to get them to finally fix all of the issues

This company is absolutely terrible. I am a military veteran and business owner. My girlfriend used this sign company to start her business and their work was abysmal at best. They were late getting the sign installed even tho the date was entirely the reason she went with them.
After installation she had to have them come back out close to 10times to fix their own mistakes.
In my view, it's this next part that warrants a 1star... when my girlfriend (their costumer) finally got a hold of the owner of the company, Chad, he was extremely condescending and disrespectful and told her "
