Doug's Bug solved our longtime and persistent ant problem! This is a long overdue review as our first treatment was in the spring. We tried various consumer products but none of them worked permanently and we eventually had ants in almost all of our rooms. We asked Doug/Victor to try just an external treatment first. Unfortunately it wasn't enough (not their fault) but Victor came out a second time to treat the inside of our house (along floorboards/walls) and that did the trick. Doug came to our home several times before we had our home tented for termites. He was responsive and answered all our questions. The tenting crew was very friendly, addressed all our concerns with our outside plants and did an excellent job taking it down.
Doug personally came by afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything. From start to finish Doug was very proactive. We highly recommend him.

Very unprofessional that when you have missed a payment or been late they don't give you a courtesy call, they just come to your house and knock on your door to demand for payment to anyone who answers and do not clarify who is actually answering the door. My in laws are staying and got so startled and nervous they were trying to pay for our bug guy? How embarrassing? Why would they not call and say, since you were late on your last payment we will not come to service your place until you pay first? We called in a big bug company initially for our condo we purchased that had undisclosed German Cockroach issues. They did not call to confirm appointments and just "showed up." I sought about three different companies and Doug's came out the best in pricing. I was really shocked and slightly worried about service. No. I did not 'get what I paid for type of deal after. First, Doug was great as in he actually took the time to come in which I did invite for him to look in the attic. He was the only one to actually inspect inside. He was nice enough to wear the shoe booties in the house as we are no shoe in house rule.

I have been using doug's bug company for 3 years now. They are friendly and reliable. We had a ant, spider, and cockroach problem when they started and it resolved completely within the first couple outdoor treatments. Even though indoor treatments are available we have had so much success with the outdoor treatment we have mot needed anything indoors. The rate is also amazing. A couple months ago I was offered a "deal" from another company that was $20 more a treatment. Doug and his team do a great job. I highly recommend them!

So glad I found dougs bug company. They’re always reachable and super easy to schedule with. The staff is very polite and when they do the service they not only do they spray any areas you request but they remove all the cobwebs.
