5 stars does not do Anastasia and my experience at the Diamond Spot justice. From the very first call with her, my now fiance and I knew that this is where we wanted to go to pick out our ring and Anastasia is who we wanted to buy it from! When we first started looking for a diamond, our first appt was with a Jewerly store in NH (which I will not name) and when we got there they had none of the sizes or cuts my fiance told them she was looking for. After about 15 minutes and more questions from them asking me what I could afford than what we were actually looking for, we just left. This is when

Excellent experience working with these guys! Friendly, professional, and quick turnaround on custom pieces. My husband got my engagement ring here, and we came back for our wedding bands. I brought them an old bracelet passed down from my mom, and they transformed it into an amazing diamond and sapphire band! Recommend without hesitation and hope we’ll be back soon (hint, hint 😁)

Anastasia was unbelievably helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect ring for my soon to be. I dreaded the process before meeting with her. I wasn’t sure if I was going to have the ring I wanted or if it would be in the time frame I had but rest assured she found the perfect ring and had it ready before my vacation where I will be proposing. My girlfriend just finished one year of chemo with a 5-week radiation in between two rounds of chemo for breast cancer. So I wanted to get her a present she really deserved. I bought diamond earrings from the diamond spot. Very well priced, beautiful diamonds and they were very helpful and friendly and it's a great atmosphere.I would highly recommend this place. Anastasia and Christina were so helpful - they found me the EXACT diamond I wanted and helped me through the process of customizing a band. I believe The Diamond Spot does most business as a wholesaler, so while they lack a showy retail experience, we much preferred them because they spoke to us like friends rather than salespeople! My advice to customers is start early and remain patient, but we had a lot of fun with the project and will definitely be back

If you are looking for a jewelry store that is better than any regular jewelry store like Kay jewelers, this is the perfect spot. The staff were very professional and gave me and my girlfriend a very good impression. My girlfriend wanted her ring to have a very special setting and this place went above and beyond. Even though we got pictures at first to get an idea of what the ring looks like, seeing the ring person blew my mind. Cristina does an amazing job explaining everything about how the ring was crafted and helped me out with pricing/details of the ring. I highly recommend this place to

The Diamond Spot is incredible. From selection to pricing to customer service everything here is the best. Eric, Anastasia and the whole team are awesome. When I came in the first time they spent as long as I needed with me educating me about the products. When I was ready to move forward they made everything as easy as possible (Eric even drove to me to pick up some gold I wanted to use for a custom band). So happy with how the engagement ring turned out and would highly recommend the diamond spot to anyone. Was extremely lucky to stumble into this place.

We shopped around in the Diamond district, at Macy's, and at Costco. The Diamond Spot had the best prices and could get us exactly the kind of diamond that we wanted for our engagement ring. Michelle and Eric were great to work with. Also, they gave excellent advice on wedding bands. I'd definitely recommend them.

Families will shop here for generations....I bought a pair of top quality, stunning, diamond studs in Boston. If you have already shopped around, know what things cost and what they are worth, this is up your alley. Everyone who works there is on point and competent. This is definitely the spot. Recommended by a friend, I was looking to repurpose the diamonds in my engagement and wedding ring. I knew what I wanted but was overwhelmed and intimidated every time I step foot in a jewelry store but Eric and Michelle put me at ease immediately. I showed them what I wanted and as they had similar pieces available, I was able to try it on and compare. Needless to say, a week later, I had the exact pendant and necklace that I wanted at a reasonable price.
