An amazing company to work with! Super helpful and friendly to work with. I had Ayush Vats as my agent and he did a phenomenal job! He was always available working day and night to help find places inside my price range that would work with my VA loan. He answered all my questions and helped to clear out any confusion I might have had on anything. I can't thank him enough for all the help throughout the process. He did an amazing job throughout escrow keeping up with everything to where we were done early and just waiting on the seller. I had to leave and visit family in the middle of it but

Megan is 100% professional! She coordinated all the hard stuff with my then tenant, got photos taken for the listing and SOLD the condo win record time for more than we expected!
She was a joy to work with! Every doc was electronically signed and was absolutely painless. I couldn't have asked for anything more from her - a total doll.

I cannot give any star to this real estate agency. I worked with Olga Stevens, and was more than disappointed in the quality of service. While the team was friendly, there were many oversights and issues with the legal documents, and almost no support with the negotations. When issues started coming up, they provided no support and let us handle everything directly with the seller's broker.
