Gina is amazing. Not only is she efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive, she produces results quickly. She has helped us find tenants several times over the last few years, and each time she produced results within a matter of days. All of the tenants she found ended up being excellent renters.
She responds to emails, texts and phone calls very quickly and makes you feel as if you're her only client. She also does a great job with the lease as well as negotiating with prospective tenants.
