MRA is pet friendly and nice for a new couple with children. Typical age range 27-37. If allergic to dogs do not apply. If allergic to noise outside of the norm, don't apply. Do not choose an apartment near the parking lot, kids playground, or swimming pool as the apartment infrastructure is thin but good insulation between neighbors. Daily entertainment of footsteps going up and up and down the stairs resembling a mini rumble...Lastly, if you have a legitimate reimbursement request, forget about it...Urghh
