I have lived here 6 months and agree with my neighbor Mike, who left the last review. The location is great, apartments are nice, and great community that is tucked away right by the Los Gatos trail. Samareeb is the property manager we work with and Arnoldo handles maintenance... I can’t say enough about how great they have both been to handle small issues quickly and with great communication.

The location is wonderful but the wall is paper thin. When I say paper thin I mean really THIN. So thin that I can clearly make out everything the neighbors are saying. I know exactly what they are doing at all times...even using the restroom.Its like I am living with other people. Unless you get the second floor, not recommended.

I've enjoyed living at Los Gatos Heights for over 4 years and would recommend this beautiful property to family, friends, or anyone looking for a new place to call home. Management goes out of their way to be accommodating and I can always count on them to respond quickly to any requests. One last thing - the location is incredible with hiking/biking trails within feet, short 3-5 minute walk to downtown Los Gatos, and the property itself is always being updated and kept immaculate. I can't say enough about how much I've enjoyed living here.

I have lived here for 8+ years and I love it! The community is almost always quiet and neighbors respectful of others. If any community issue comes up the Manager deals with it quickly and fairly for all, with great communication about it. The apartments all have 2 bedrooms and initially all had one bathroom, but as they turn over they're converting the larger ones into two bedroom, two bath units. They used to have laundry on site, but in the past few years they're adding individual full-size, enclosed washer/dryers to our individual patios. The kitchens are huge compared to the

You can't beat the location--5 minutes to the heart of downtown Los Gatos by foot, and only steps to the Los Gatos Creek trail. Los Gatos Heights is nestled in to the small hillside that runs along the creek, just off University Avenue. The complex is clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are lovely, with large kitchens and balconies or patios where you can sit and listen to the creek flow by. It gets a little noise from nearby Highway 17, but not much, and the creek drowns much of it out, especially during the rainy season. The complex

I haved lived here at LG Heights for 2 years. I'm writing this review b/c my friend from out of state is moving to the South Bay and looking for a place to live. I recommended LG Heights immediately and he said Yelp had little info... Bottom line is this = LG Heights is in a great location in South Bay and in LG in particular (Trail, Downtown, parks, schools), it has updated units (windows, carpet, kitchens, staircases), great management and repair crew (current manager is very friendly and responsive, the few repairs I needed were well and fast) and the grounds are clean and quiet (again
