Graduated from University of Illinois in 1984 with a BS in Ornamental Horticulture. He has worked in all aspects of the floral industry for over 25 years. He managed a retail floral shop in Houston, TX prior to many years in the wholesale floral industry which he was a floral buyer and manager.

Terrible customer service. My order was never delivered. I called this morning to confirm and verify the delivery And the dispatcher said he would relay the message. Well obviously that didn't happen. The. When I called back to ask the status again he said they were closed and I would have to wait until Monday. I expect my money back.

After googling flower shops, I called from Montana on a Friday morning to have flowers delivered to a friend in a hospital in Atlanta and they were delivered that very afternoon. Awesome experience, she called to say people walking by her room are popping in to tell her how pretty they are. Highly recommend!

What an amazing service experience! We ordered flowers to be sent to a client of ours and the address we provided was the wrong address. They hold the order for us until we can provide them with the correct address. After 2 days we could get the correct address and we thought we lost the order but they offered a full refund! Great Service! Will definitely use them in the future.

Ordered online for same day delivery. The occasion was to congratulate a loved one on re-entering the job market after being let go from COVID cuts. So many beautiful arrangements to choose from in the website, which I might add, was VERY user-friendly. I was in check-out and changed my mind in the arrangement -- I did not have to re-enter all the info over again (message, shipping address, etc).
Flowers arrived within a few hours and were more beautiful "in-person" than the picture online. So happy with this purchase! I would definitely recommend them to a friend/family.

I was able to order the day before, and they delivered it promptly the next day, updating me via email when they had the order ready, and once it was delivered. For any floral needs I highly recommend Peachtree Pedals. The customer service exceeded expectations from beginning to end. I first made a phone call to see if they offered same day services because I found the online website for ordering only. The rep advised me to come on in and they would take care of me. I absolutely love flowers they make me happy. However this visit was a bit of a sad difficult occasion. I was picking up flowers for a close family friend of mines since 1996 who had unexpectedly passed.
