I recommend State College Physical therapy to anyone. Everyone that works there are very nice. I have worked with many of the therapist for different injuries Ginelle, Josh, Matt and Jessie. Now my 11 year old Son also comes here and they are great with him as well. They teach you all different things that work well for each individual person's needs.

My son has been here to see Josh and Jessie a few months. They are very professional friendly caring and courteous. They work well with my son and have different activities for my son to work on. He has shown improvement. Other therapists and the front office staff are supper nice, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. My son has gone through many other physical therapy places in the past; however, State College Physical Therapy is the best.

I have been a patient since February 2021 and have received the best service from the staff and therapists. They helped me work through my shoulder pain, provided guidance when I felt like I had "plateaued", and gave me hope when I thought I was going to give up.
The staff would not let me fail. And they were determined that I succeed.
I am not rehabilitated yet, but will continue to come here for my treatment. I tip my hat to the folks at State College Physical Therapy for not giving up on me.

This place is terrible w scheduling. They'd schedule me for 130p and then switch it w out telling me to 1pm. They always did this and the only way i knew about it was from the appointment reminder texts. They also called me very last minute sometimes to cancel a couple appointments because "the therapist called out". The quality of therapy feels very rushed. All other therapy spots ive been to assign ONE therapist to a patient and dont switch them every visit.. i ultimately stopped going because on my last appointment i was harrased in the parking lot by a man in a van who stayed in the area and

I have been going to State College Physical Therapy for almost a year now. I began going due to an injury from a fall. I eventually ended up needing surgery after an MRA and there was no question that I would continue my PT after my surgery back at SCPT. Everyone there is great, from the front desk to the therapists. Always so friendly and welcoming. A very positive environment. I actually look forward to going to PT and will be sad when I've "graduated". Their text to confirm appointments is very convenient as well.

EXCELLENT therapists! They care, they're knowledgeable, and they're efficient. I never felt hurried out the door or that my care was ever lacking, no matter how busy they got. I'm actually going to miss these guys now that I'm feeling much better.

I have a problem with a Sciatca nerve, I would not advise anyone to make a appointment here, and with a young girl name Esmeralda, I was on the phone with this girl for 30 minutes, giving all the information to make an appointment, and she state that they will check my insurance, I have 100% coverage, and that they will call me back a day before my appointment to confirm, which 10/5/2018 No call return, so I had called them another young answer the phone and she acted like she did know what she was doing there, if this is the kind of service you get there, just think what these other people are

The physical therapists get 5 stars. All are very professional and proficient. The front office personnel needs to improve on making things run smoother. They can be alerting patients to following their many front office signs. Tell the clueless parents of the wayward toddler to turn off the bleeping bleep sound from the phone game. Let patients know not to bring an entourage back with them to the treatment room. It seemed like today that patients were overbooked or just arriving very late to their appointments.

It is a place to get treatment and I'm glad that I found it. But I have to say the building in itself is older and needs new windows and central heating.
The staff is nice but very confused many times. I can see they are trying and it's a great thing.
When I asked the lady , when my next appointment was--- she sifted thru a book her manger made her write in. With 2017 being around the corner, an electronic calendar such as Gmail calendar or outlook would work wonders for that office.
Everyone is nice but efficiency can he helped a lot. Have happy holidays

This office is located in a suite so the rooms and area is very small, including the waiting area. Making an appointment here is also a pain because you can be put on hold for a very long time.
To be honest I feel like coming here is a waste of time. The physical therapists are great especially Ann. She's very knowledgable and takes things slow. However, the PT to patient ratio is very unsettling. Sometimes one PT would be working on 3 different patients and I feel very rushed.
The front desk receptionists CLEARLY don't want to be working here and are very rude and unprofessional. I

Receptionist was not knowledgeable, couldn't find paperwork and just didn't seem to care at all. Availability just to get an evaluation was almost 2 weeks out. Too much time to wait for someone in real need of PT. Hopefully the therapists are good there, but I'll never find out because I just can't get past that first introduction to their business. I'm happy to go elsewhere...and pay more... to find someone that cares. Especially when it's for my kid.

I couldn't be more pleased with State College Physical Therapy. I have spent 2 years trying to find a correct diagnosis and treatment. Finally, I am on my way to recovery. The building is generic, but clean and well maintained. The office staff and therapists are very professional. They have very strict time management, but I have never felt like they have rushed my treatment. They obviously have a large case load and need to monitor time to respect the patient's appointment time.

I have been to 4 different physical therapy establishments and I have to say this one is my favorite! They are very nice and welcoming once you step foot into the office, and all the physical therapists who have helped me so far have been professional and extremely helpful in my path towards recovery.
In other places they treat you like you are just another patient, but at this place they take the time to treat you like a human being and pay attention to your pain level and get to know you. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great physical therapy place. The outside and inside

The receptionists here are very rude and not helpful. I had spoken to them a few times before my initial evaluation. All times they were unprofessional and disorganized.
When I finally went in for my evaluation I signed in, asked a question and was immediately given attitude.
While in the waiting room I could hear all the assistants and receptionist talking bad about the patients. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
My therapist was very nice and helpful though.
I would definitely give this place 5 stars if it weren't for the staff.
Also, bring a sweater because it's really cold

I've never been to physical therapy before so I can't say I knew exactly what to expect. But if every physical therapy place is like this one, I wouldn't mind visiting more of them.
Exterior
The location is in a building you wouldn't expect much from. However, once you park in their parking lot, you'll notice they are just one suite of many in this one story medical plaza. But the funny thing is, the place is much bigger and elegant than what you'd expect. Inside, there is a courtyard with green grass growing neatly through the cobblestone. Even a small fountain
