This place was horrible!!! For one, Donald (the owner) couldn't even get the truck loaded on the flat bed correctly!! He lowered the end of the bed over the exhaust pipe, so when he went to pull, the exhaust manifold snapped as well as his tow strap!! He said, well it doesn't matter the truck is totaled anyway! He then refused to take the truck he was towing, to the owners house, which was 9 houses down from the accident, so his other employee that was there loading the other vehicle involved in the accident, said switch me trucks and he would take it to the house. Literally 9 houses

I am giving two stars because the tow driver was wonderful, informative, and quick to respond after I called AAA about my trucks dead battery. It was towed into their business at 11am. At 330pm, I received a call from Don and agreed to the battery. However I had also told the tow guy go ahead with a new battery. Don said it would be done in about an hour and he would call. I went up in an hour and it wasn't done but I paid the cost of nearly $200. I was met at counter by Don the owner. However I would never know he was owner as he was impolite and curt and rude. I explained I had just buried

I have been going to US 23 Auto for several years now. Don is a great owner and very helpful. They've always been there when any sudden repairs are needed quickly. They always give a fair price, and always have a nice turn around time for repairs.
It's always nice walking in and seeing what Star Wars or Star Trek movie they're playing that day in the lobby.
If you're having car issues, this is always my first stop.

If I could rate less than one star I would. Had my car towed here because of issues with the battery draining. The only thing they checked however was the battery. Low and behold a few days after I get my car back the same problems occur. I called them and told them I was having the same issues and all they said was that I should take it into a dealership. Thank you for screwing me out of over $200.

Tow driver and service were great. Auto repair left a lot to be desired. Shop had my car for 10 days, and there were multiple delays, set backs, and miscommunications. I got my vehicle back with new cosmetic damage, and the battery light was still coming on. Will not recommend or use this shop again!!
