I have an 05 Avalanche that was given to me because it needed a lot of repairs. Since I've owned it for a little over a year, I've done most of those repairs myself, with the exception of a new transmission and replacing of all the hard brake lines. Holly Tire and service did the brake lines, which I could get to... greatly appreciated. My Avalanche is a great driver now. I still have a few repairs to do, but Holly Tire and service aided in getting my truck back on the road.

We’ve used these guys several times on a couple of different vehicles over the last couple of years. They are professional and thorough. They always give you the cost estimate up front so there are no surprises after the repair. We had a warranty issue once and they stood behind their work just as they advertise.

The best customer service at the front desk! I am a woman and I never feel intimidated talking to these guys. They are so nice, explain everything, and can send reports of your vehicle with photos. I’ve had my brakes done, windshield wiper unit replaced, and a 60,000 maintenance done here. Always an excellent experience.

I had a great experience at Holly Tire & Auto Service. My check engine light came on in my Chrysler Town & Country Minivan. I went to Autozone to have the code read and they informed me that I needed to replace my thermostat. I was so upset. I have a family of 6 and this van is the only vehicle that fits us all. I called Holly Tire & Auto Service for help. I spoke with Levi and he got my car in the very next morning. I was checked in by Alan and he was very kind and let me know that they would recheck the code and do an overall inspection of my vehicle at no additional charge. I got a call back

As always I received the best service imaginable. Allan didn't have any loaner vehicles available, so he drove me home and when the job was done he picked me up at home. That right there shows everybody that type of business that Allan runs. Willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Will be a life long customer.

I’m new the area and started looking for a place to get truck fixed locally. So I took a chance and relied on the other google reviews here. I took my truck there a couple of times this year to get a number of age related repairs. I was really happy their service. The prices are competitive. Everything they find is transparent. I like the breakdown of charges coupled with pictures in the digital invoice so you can see exactly what needs fixed. The guys there are professional and courteous. It was really helpful that they had a loaner car as we have only one vehicle so that was a life saver. I

My gear shifter was stuck in park while my dash said my car was in reverse-not a good way to start a work day. I was able to get my car repaired at Holly Tire & Auto and they were able to get everything taken care of the day after it was towed there. I was able to pay online and pick it up after hours, making it flexible for my busy schedule. They even left me a nice little package with caramel corn and an air freshener. This was exceptional service and I will be back for any future work I need. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

This place is a joke. Every time I brought it in there within a week something else would go wrong. Coincidence I think not. My mom started having problems with them too when they couldn't fix a hood latch.

Brought my high-mileage vehicle to Holly Tire & Auto Service for an oil change and asked them to check my heating system as it had been operating poorly for a long time and finally quit putting out heat altogether. They diagnosed it and fixed it for a reasonable prIce. They also checked my car over from top to bottom and gave me recommendations for future items which should be attended to, without the hard-sell.

I appreciated the loaner vehicle -- so helpful to me! They were professional and did just as they promised. No surprises. Very impressed and am recommending them to others.

I do not recommend this business. I called for a alignment on my van. They asked me why I needed a alignment. I told them I replaced the struts. They told me they would not do my alignment as they did not do the work on the struts. I told them I would take it to Belle Tire in Fenton. Belle did it no questions asked and did a fantastic job. I am all about keeping smaller business going. But with this type of attitude, they could go out of business and I couldn't care.....

Called ahead to find out how long and how much to repair our flat, said we were driving in on it. $20 and 20m. After 40m they finished. I'm sure they did a great job. But, then they charged $45 for the repair. The $20 price was if I took it off myself. I protested, still payed. Great work, but can't trust their word. Get it in writing.

Outstanding service. I will only bring my vehicles here from now on. Extremely thorough in their inspection and explanation of work that needed to be done. Ben helped us develop a plan to complete all of the repairs that need to be done. Prices for the work they do are very fair. They kept us updated on the status of the work through emails and text. Probably the most professional technicians I have ever encountered. Our truck needed significant maintenance. The work was done quickly. The shop is clean and all of the staff were very professional

This auto service store was a surprising change from the normal. It was like a visit to the "old times" that you only hear about. The management and staff came out earlier than 8am (their starting time) to welcome me to their store and to assist in getting the simple tire repair that I needed. I can see that the attitude is to greet the customer with respect and to go the extra mile. If you look around the store, you see that all the products being offered are top grade.
