I think that I have always wanted to be an orthodontist. From my earliest memories, I have always been intrigued by faces and smiles and teeth. I was born in Saudi Arabia, and as a child lived in several foreign countries where my father worked on oil refineries.
Every two years, when we would travel back to the USA for vacation and visa renewal, the very first doctor my mom and dad would have us see was the dentist for cleanings and fluoride treatment!After traveling so much in my early life, my family finally settled in Southern California. It was during the time that I spent having my own orthodontia done that I fully decided that becoming an orthodontist was my career path.

Friendly staff, Covid protocols in place, Dr came to see me twice during my consult process before he really needed to. Office made sure all my questions were answered in detail and thought to provide me info I didn’t think of asking. Really happy I have chose this office for my Invisalign treatment.

My daughter has been coming here for quite a while. She has only had good experiences, and she likes coming, so that's what matters most to me. The RDA's are very knowledgeable and friendly. My insurance didn't cover this office, so I chose to pay out of pocket to see Dr. Garlington, so that's a pretty big recommendation.

They're super nice and make what can be a scary, intimidating process very smooth and encouraging! I am 22 and have never had any type of ortho work but they're very patient with explaining everything and make sure you're comfortable. Also as a broke college student, they let me set up a payment plan and are very understanding when it comes to an occasional late payment.
The only reason I give 4 stars is because I am always seen a half hour after my appointment time, they're never on time. And their hours can be kinda hard to work with as a student and worker but the pros definitely

I was thrilled when my family dentist referred my kids to an ortho so close to home and even happier when I met the fabulous employees! The gals here are super sweet and Brittany does magic with scheduling around my kids' crazy schedules. Last but not least, Dr. Garlington is amazing at what he does.

Unfortunately I can say first hand that I do not recommend this doctor or office. I went there for invisialign. It was supposed to take 1 year and ended up taking almost 5. The billing person who is doctor's wife is horrible. They tried nickel and diming me at the end as well. Very unprofessional. Not good at managing expectations, I guess so that they get your business. Too bad...

Billing....I have spent $15,000 (out of pocket & insurance) plus additional $550 that the Dr didn't cover had to go to another Dr that I essentially even Roland about at initial consultation. Not every cost is given up front and make sure you keep your own records for the billing because they say all paid up then you get hit again with another bill. In the past posted on several community FB giving out recommendation I just can't any more.

1) Invisalign pricing is STEEP, defintley well above average.
2) You feel like just another sale to them. I seriously felt like I was being sold on a car.
3) Laura, the woman I met with was a smooth talker and very manipulative. She tried to rush me into getting started.
4) THE WORST PART: Laura made some very offensive comments that left me feeling frustrated and offended as the day went on. She originally asked if my mom would be helping pay for invisalign since I'm still on her

My son and I have been coming to this office for six years and it just occurred to me that I have not reviewed them. I cannot say enough good things about this office. It is very well run and the staff is friendly and efficient. Multiple other professionals attend this office for Care. He offers Invisalign and is a USC orthodontist graduate. Most important is that Dr. Garlington is a cheerful, thoughtful, caring, talented orthodontist. They are prepared for any eventuality and we started here because of their ability to handle an orthodontic emergency. He follows up with patients and works with

I went to Dr. Garlington 10 years ago (before Yelp lol) and completed Invisalign treatment. I returned today to get new retainers made and was reminded how nice he was! His staff is super friendly and their new office (new to me) is beautiful! I was amazed at how high tech everything has become. Instead of those impressions that gag you, it was all digital. I highly recommend Dr. Garlington!

The women behind the counter were super friendly which also put me at ease.
I was able to see the Dr. interact with other patients and he was kind and caring and personable. I'm already impressed.
When it was my turn to be seen I was taken into an office with a nurse and they gave me a REAL DEAL exam. He called out some dental talk and she the same. These people are professional and know what they are doing! WHEW!
We spoke about what he can do for me and low and behold, it's right on target with what my previous ortho had planned
