Our basic sometimes old fashion business operation mixed with new technology sets Davids Transportation apart from the newly developed share economy by leaps and bounds. When you need more customer service, then you get by pushing buttons on a smartphone app or just need to speak with a real live person instead of waiting for a reply email.
Although Davids Transportation is NOT a Taxi, we do provide local transportation services to many of Kansas City's local nightlife spot's. If you see us sitting in Westport, Power & Light, Waldo and need a safe reliable trip home don't hesitate to walk up and ask for us to drive you home, a ride home that will not break your bank account.
Davids Transportation runs 24 Hours per day. We provide services based on client needs and will make every effort to fulfill all transportation request as they are received. Although Davids Transportation operates 24 Hours per day, we are NOT an On-Demand Transportation. Any requests for Charter, Airport or other transportation received under 6 hours of time needed will be accommodated as a driver can be found.
Talk is cheap as the old saying goes and actions speak louder than anything anyone can ever say. With that mindset Davids Transportation is on the "GO" and going rather fast, we have come a long way in such a short time, but that wasn't enough. We have turned out from a sole proprietorship to a subsidiary of D Transport, LLC, and stepped away from the restraints of the city permitting debacles.

The driver of David's transportation is the most rude, self entitled person I have ever unfortunately encountered. Narcissism can't possibly be the only thing wrong upstairs because he's also aggressive, hateful, and discriminatory to give only a few examples. With my car in park not paying attention to him whatsoever, then jumping out of my skin to find him screaming obscenities at my window because of the type of car I drive, made me almost pick up my phone to call the police because of the level of aggression he was showing me. Unsafe driver almost ran me off the road and rude people when you call to report unsafe drivers. Never use this company. The owner is rude and has called me 3 times to be rude to me. I believe that is harrassment. The third time he called he threatened to sue me if I didn't take my review down. There was no yield sign and I was not on my cell phone. They state I shouldn't drive in someone's blind spot, that's comical. You can see their rating is 1.6, speaks for itself. You can also see how the owner replies to each negative comment is very rude. As an Asian pacific male he made me feel insignificant to his Caucasian customs which made me feel very uncomfortable. Everything you like about the modern transportation system, David would like to see go away. He's an advocate of ending Uber and Lyft. He's yelled at me personally on a few occasions in a threatening way. I want to see him happy somehow, but I think he's always been a bully.

Disgraced is an understatement. The amount of cruelty I received from this driver should shock the rest of the metro area. Not only do I feel unsafe to ride with anyone because of this driver, but my amazing boyfriend was subject to racism and many derogatory comments. It is unthinkable for me to type them. This is the most unprofessional ride sharing company I have ever dealt with and I highly advise every person who thinks about riding to think again. Your children are at stake.

Never personally used his service, but from glancing at the numerous attempts to cut off the vehicle in front of me on my morning commute, has made me sure to never use his service. Mind you, this was during the first snowstorm of the year. He might claim I’m a crazy Uber/Lyft driver, but I’m just a commuter observing “professionals” doing their job. Use another small business taxi service.

I have never done business with him, but my two interactions with this man have been hostile, one of which recently where he literally got in my face unprovoked. I spoke to the police, who couldn't do much as there was no property damage, & based on the fact that he didn't actually swing on me.

This is the worst service I've ever encountered with a cab company. He's a very aggressive man who tries to intimate other companies drivers with a body camera and a pistol. I watched him get out of his van and begin yelling at a Uber driver. When the Uber driver stood his ground this gentleman driving for davids transportation became more aggressive trying to intimidate the gentleman with his firearm. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
