Steve was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska, and received his BA in Psychology from the University of Nebraska, at Lincoln. The driver of 5521 from Frisco to Denver airport on 2/29/20 is the reason for this 1 star review. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. There was no instruction when we arrived at the airport and when we stopped at a terminal (not realizing the 2 terminals were connected) we did not deboard immediately thinking we would travel on to the other terminal. When the driver reentered the bus and I began to ask if we needed to exit the bus at this location he raised his voice at us telling us to get off the bus now. The driver was extremely rude when we asked how to to get the other terminal from

I'm the husband of the review left last week regarding the rudeness of one of your drivers. We are far from the type that tries to find fault in everything but I echo everything my wife said. This driver was ridiculously rude and it was completely uncalled for.
Additionally, we have not heard back from anybody regarding this matter after reaching out through several outlets. She left a message for Gene as instructed and has yet to get any response.

Driver of bus 9503 continued to honk the bus air horn even when the gate to the women's shelter was opening. And laughed about it. Some of us are very sensitive to sound and it's painful. If this driver continues this bad behavior, legal consequences will be the result. I was less than 2 feet from the front of the bus.

I work as an event coordinator for a physician's network here in Chandler AZ. We offer our patients throughout the valley trips to different locations in Arizona to help them get out of their home and socialize. This company has had a perfect record with us. They have never failed to exceed our expectations. They take the time to create a relationship with their clients.

Driver Ed Bolling is a remarkable and very responsible driver. Ed is very congenial, mindful and helpful to his passengers.
The bus was kept very clean every day; temperature inside the bus was well maintained.
The speed was well maintained to suit the driving terrain.

Please drive safely is their motto, apparently so their drivers dont have to. I encounter arrow stage lines regularly on highway 85, they are always in the left lane and always speeding and tailgating. This pic is after tailgating me for 5 miles, hauling butt past me when the driver got a chance, nearly running me off the road when he got back in the left lane and started tailgating this guy, all while doing 75mph in a 65 zone. He was much closer before i got my camera ready.

I organized a large group ski trip in January, 2016 and we had Arrow pick us up in Steamboat at 8:00 for a trip back to DEN. Our driver (David) arrived early, was very professional, and had us back to the airport by 12:15. On top of that, the bus was like new and spotless. I would not hesitate to use Arrow again or recommend them to others.
