Attorney BRIAN VASEK founded VASEK LAW as a boutique CRIMINAL DEFENSE law firm to defend clients and their constitutional rights in Southern Nevada. Brian sought to provide diligent, compassionate, and personalized representation for persons charged with a crime in cities such as LAS VEGAS, NORTH LAS VEGAS, and HENDERSON.
Prior to founding VASEK LAW, Brian was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael P. Villani in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. As a law clerk, he observed dozens of jury trials and managed thousands of civil and criminal cases.
Brian has also personally handled thousands of criminal cases with the Clark County Public Defender, one of the largest criminal defense firms in the State of Nevada, and as both a private attorney and an alternate public attorney for the City of Henderson.

Brian handled my case professionally & efficiently. I was happy with the outcome & would recommend him going forward especially for cases within Henderson. I don’t know where to start. First off I’d give Brian a thousand stars if I could! Not only is he very professional, he’s very knowledgeable in what he does. I contacted plenty of other lawyers about my domestic violence case and they all made it seem so much worse than what it really was and almost like they didn’t want to take it on. They were outrageously expensive and almost all wanted everything up front before they could even try to help me. Brian looked over my case and gave me a good layover before we even talked about money. He’s very affordable and even offers payment plan options

Critical: Responsiveness
Cop lied under oath Brian did not fight a bit for me he just gave in. The officer Henderson badge #2251 is not capable of telling the truth under oath and should face Felony charges, I could have went to court on my own behalf and done a better job and when you text him he may or may not get back to you leaving you in limbo 🤷♂️WTF

I was looking at firms and no one really helped me out. Then I came across this firm, I explained them my story, while all odds were against me, and I thought I was going to lose more then what I have already have because the firm that was against played dirty. This firm did amazing, I watch this firm took two lawyers at the same time and the other lawyer was the owner of his own lawyer firm. I give them 5 stars they made sure the truth was heard and they do amazing job at it.

Maryam and Brian are amazing!! 10/10 recommend using their services. They’re incredibly kind, professional and get the job done and efficiently at that. My husband was seamlessly able to adopt my son, and they made the entire process comforting and made us feel safe. They handled getting my ex to sign over his rights to my son, plus the adoption as I stated. They calmed all of my fears of the process, and my son was officially adopted by my husband 01/25/2021.
