We had David and his firm look into another matter for us after we had his them prepare a will and trust .
Our daughter had died and we wanted desperately to attempt to obtain her medical records and to find out why her doctor had prescribed so many different prescriptions for her. We also wanted to find out about what had happened at the hospital.
We could not gain the info w/o court approval. Her children were/are minors- we adopted them- and they could not request release of the information.
David told us what we/he had to do, took our money
