The Bray Co. was established 17 years ago when, President and C.E.O., Thomas Bray, decided that the industry needed a more cost conscious and personalized solution for property management services. After spending 6 years as a vice president of a competing firm, The Bray Co. was founded.

We offer properties in the Northwestern Columbus area, near places such as Delaware, Powell and Lewis Center, Ohio. These locations are very desirable because of their proximity to shopping and restaurants, as well as being a little bit out of the city. I am having a bad experience with the bray co. have someone live in the apartment after I moved out and messing my rental history demanding a damage payment for an apartment that I lived for two hours before I opt out of the lease paying $2227.00. They do not answer calls, emails specially Mr. Mat Kennedy passing me to a lady in order to cover the shenanigan that went on wellington woods apt. well a lawyer might cost me but I am heading that way and reported them to BBB too would file with fair housing too etc. dishonest and biased business practice.

Our heat went out on January 1 and, to make a long, incredibly frustrating story short, we didn't get heat back for almost four weeks. We had to repeatedly threaten to put our rent into escrow to get any response to our emails at all. Finally, instead of replacing our broken furnace, they installed electric wall heaters which cost a crazy amount in electricity to run. We waited days to weeks to hear back on all our maintenance requests, and always had to send multiple messages. The only luck we had was when we called our maintenance guy directly--he was great, but he couldn't make up for the poor

I live in Village Brook Apartments. I work till 2:30 am most nights. It is really scary when you get home from work and find the complex swarming with Police.
The parking around here is a joke. If you have family come to visit they have nowhere to park. The spaces by the garages are usually full with other tenants cars or with work trucks with trailers hooked up to them. My family and friends won’t come to visit me here because of this issue. There is a car in the parking lot that does not belong to anyone who lives here. The family moved out over 6 months ago. The car has a flat tire snd expired

Just wanted to go on the record and say my experience with the Bray Co. Property management (specifically Matt) has been life changing for our condo community. This company has giving the attention needed to bring our community from a bad place financially to a now much more comfortable place. I can't imagine from our experience with multiple management companys that any other would have been able to do what Bray has done. To touch on some of the bad reviews I've read, I can only say it seems all of those are from tenents in their apartment communities. I can't share specific experience in that

It is blatantly obvious they struggle with communication. Nobody seems to be on the same page, empty promises left and right. Three phone calls, three different answers on the same unit. It seems the whole staff should be at the Westerville retirement community. Someone needs to pull that whole company into the 21st century of technology. It's just disappointing for a company that has been a staple of Westerville for so many years, that they have fallen so hard.

I also say don't listen to the previous reviews. I've lived here going on 2 years and I love it. I currently live at Barrington Club Apartments and I have a 1 bedroom, It's exactly what I needed and the price was perfect within my budget. I don't need all the bells and whistles to live, just something that fits me and this apartment complex does. I was a little nervous at first about online orders being delivered to my door since most of the time they are delivered in the day and I'm not home but every package has been waiting for me at my door when I got home. They are a good company! My family and I moved into one of there properties in the Powell area and they gave us the opportunity to move in. They fixed the house up nice for my family and I! Please don't believe all the bad reviews on this company, some people are just to hard to please. Thank you so much Bray Inc, we love our home! 😃

Horrible place to live. Has become a ghetto. Rent keeps getting raised and no updates to property. Have documentation on electrical issues from the past 15 months that still are not fixed. Do not move here. Spend the little more and get a better run place. Stay away from all bray properties. I will admit, when I first moved in this place it was nice. Has gone to hell in a handbasket in the last 2 years. When my lease is up , I'm out of this place. Update. My rent is going to escrow now until all issues with property is addressed and fixed.
