Champion Property Management (CPM) professionally manages multi-family apartment communities owned by Champion Investment affiliated entities. CPM was founded in 2010 to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of communities where Champion sponsors own real property through various partnerships and investments.
Since 2010, Champion sponsored investments has completed more than $2 billion of apartment transactions. During our ten-year history, more than 100 high-net-worth investors have participated in Champion sponsored acquisitions, many of whom have made multiple investments. Champion sponsored investments has also entered into multiple joint ventures with private equity, family office and life insurance capital.

I live at a community that’s now on its third property owner since I signed my lease. Right before I moved in, Champion took over. When I signed my lease I was told that no 3rd floor units were available, though I specifically asked for one as, I’m sure all of us have, I had terrible experiences with upstairs neighbors in the past. The girls who worked in the office right when I moved in suggested switching to a third floor unit, only to find out (weeks later) “this was not allowed and would not be accommodated because you’ll have noise wherever you go.” I lived under a woman with 3 children

This one star is for corporate! I stayed in the Alexander Park for about to 10months when I first moved to Columbus. Beautiful apartment, parking is just TERRIBLE! Property manager Megan was AMAZING and very helpful! HOWEVER corporate is completely unprofessional and will be the reason I NEVER live at another Champion property. I moved out in Nov 15 it is now Jan 28th & I still dont have my security deposit! I’ve been lied to and given the run around from corporate. The guy who handles security deposits Levi or whatever his name is the absolute worse he seems to never be in the office (so they

The people working at the apartments were great and I never had a single issue with one of them. The security deposit team is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They lied to my roommate about the cost of the security deposit and then lied to me about a payment being made. They make living here absolutely not worth it. There was parking issues consistently at the community I lived at, there were residents who threatened violence and there is the worst security deposit team I’ve ever seen. The community managers were great and deserved much better than the joke that is the higher ups and security

Me and my wife living in Grafton park for almost two years. We did our research and visited lots of apartment communities this side of town, but finally decided to extend our lease again because literally we couldn’t find any where else better than here. My special thanks to SETH Who is always helpful and kind. All office managers are very polite and professional. We are so happy being in here.

I've been living at Grafton Park for a few months now and love it! Seth and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. The community is well kept, clean and pleasant. My apartment is great! Vaulted ceilings and up to date kitchen for the win! Highly recommend living here.
