Chris joined the family business full time in partnership with his brother in 1992. Chris worked closely with the delivery portion of the business coordinating the company's partnership with the delivery pool with 60 Chicagoland florists. Chris also streamlined the company's hard-goods ordering system for cost efficiency and quality.

Flower shop located inside Northwestern Women Aprentice Hospital in downtown Chicago. My brother and sister in law baby boy arrived and wanted to surprise them with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I called and simply placed my order over the phone. They were so friendly, professional and accommodating. The bouquet was so classic and beautiful! Even the attending physician had to comment on the flowers when she walked in the room, she was in love with the stuffed Llama that was included with arrangement. Thank you for making this special day extra, extra special!

The florists at Ashland Addison were very accommodating and helpful as they made my order. My regular florist opens late and I needed a bouquet early in the morning. I googled and this place popped up. I drove there and the place looked like a warehouse. I decided to just go in since I was desperate and needed a bouquet.
Lo and behold the place was HUGE. It was like a flowers galore. I spoke with one of the sales person and she asked me what I need. I just told her, I need a beautiful bouquet. She asked for the budget and worked with my budget.
The bouquet in the picture looked small but seriously it was bigger than my head. The flowers smell so good.
Anyways, will definitely go back

Have always been happy with the quality of their flowers. Recently used them for a monthly subscription for a friend journeying with cancer. The price is so reasonable and the beauty of the arrangements is remarkable. They are bouquets of fresh cut flowers. Ashland Addison became my local florist 40+ years ago when I lived in Lakeview. I moved out of the neighborhood 20 years ago but they’re STILK my local florist. "My sister and brother-in law just had their first baby boy and as the family is out of state we wanted to send something special to them!! Everyone I spoke with at Ashland Addison Florist was very wonderful, helpful and quick! I even wanted to edit my card to my sister and I sent them an email and I received a call from them and were able to quickly add to the card and they even send me another follow up email!! The day after posting the last review, I received a surprise delivery. This time a potted plant with a cute little bow, accompanied by an apology note. I guess they read my review and/or perhaps the woman I spoke with was following SOP and someone higher up made an exception. Either way, I genuinely appreciate the amends but can't help but wonder if the response would've been the same sans public review. To that end, I can only give them 3 stars. The flowers turned out very beautifully for my sons baptism. The floral arrangements were bigger than I expected and were full with great quality flowers. Adrian was also very communicative and friendly during the purchase/changes process. I will definitely use Ashland Addison Florist again!! Thank you. I'm in NYC and needed to send flowers for an unexpected wake the same day. Ashland was referred to me by another local Chicago florist and sure enough they came through not only creating something beautiful but exactly to my specifications. The icing on the cake was that they were able to have it delivered to the funeral home on the same day with super short notice. That in itself was priceless. Their customer service staff was really warm, helpful and attentive on the phone and made me feel at ease that my order would be taken care of flawlessly. Thank you so much.

After meeting with a few different florists for my wedding I was feeling a defeated. Walking into Ashland Addison was a breath of fresh air! We had a modest budget but still wanted our arrangements to make a statement. The first florist I had gone to was expensive without providing anything really great. The second was more on budget but the arrangements were bland.
Amy was the first to actually work with me on creating the best options with our budget. What we chose ended up complimenting our venue and style perfectly. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
