The wedding invites I ordered from B wedding invitations looked exactly as beautiful in person as they did on the website, and that's not always something that's a given from online orders! My experience with the customer service has been fantastic. Personally, I prefer having a live chat, to address things quickly, and every single concern I had was addressed immediately, for e.g., when I made certain changes to our wedding guest list. I was hesitant to order our wedding invitations from this site because of mixed reviews on the internet. However, we were very pleasantly surprised and pleased by the quality of work and how fast the invitations got to us! They looked beautiful, none of them were defective, and from the time that we confirmed the final proofs, it took exactly a week to arrive to us. Great customer service and quick shipping! Albert was extremely helpful and answered emails promptly. Placed order on Thursday and invites arrived Saturday! High quality wedding invites priced perfectly. Website lets you edit every detail which is great and there was no "trademark/designer mark" on invitations. Brides be very careful when you order from here! I ordered wedding invitations from here after I liked a sample invitation from them. I approved the proofs and they shipped them out in about week and half. When the box came it said USA (that should have been my first warning). The products come from Korea. Luckily the invitation itself were beautiful ( and that's the only reason they get 2 stars). I opened everything as they are individually wrapped, I ordered inner envelopes , the smell of mothballs was sooo strong , I immediately tried to call them. There is no working number to this company

DONT! just Don´t trust them at all...
I lost a lot of money because of them! Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered and paid, lost a shop promotion in the process and then they told me that I had to pay more and if I did not want that they would refund my money.. All that with a silly Ï AM SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE¨ I lost 200 USD and they are sorry, that would help me out!
After I expressed my anger, they told me that they will talk with a supervisor. I will let you know if they end up solving their mistake or just another customer, and also all the horrible reviews I will write

- They always seem to have some sort of deal going on (I got 30% off with my order and free ground shipping)
CONS:
- The invites come branded on the back with the original company/brand name they're produced from (but a disclaimer was stated in the fine print, so I didn't mind too much)
- A nonexistent customer service phone line that keeps telling you to contact customer service via website chat (no response back)
- THEIR ENVELOPES DO NOT FIT THEIR INVITATIONS

BUYER BEWARE - B Wedding Invitations has the worst customer service. Although they list a phone number, you cannot speak to a person. It directs you to phone chat. The invitations printed for me are not as represented on the two samples of the card and the close up on the website. Do not buy a laser invitation with a fold over flap. The alignment of their template is not correct and the type under the flap will be obscured. The company will them blame you for signing off on the proof. The proof is a flat insert. When proofed you cannot determine alignment once inserted into the invitation. You

I purchased my wedding invitations and you guys were on top of me to confirm the "designers edit" to proceed with my order, in order to complete my order. However, your response time after I have paid you guys has completely vanished. I have left several voicemail and emails letting you guys know that I am missing several invitations, envelopes and reception cards from my order, which I have paid for. I needed to go out and buy generic invitations to send them out to my remaining

I used them for my wedding invitations and I have to say the customer service was impeccable and the invitations were so beautiful they were breathtaking when they arrived. They out did themselves. Not only did the order completely exceed my expectations, but I was surprised at the personal attention to detail that the staff exhibited. They made some minor suggestions for spacing and sent all updates to me via email to see if I would approve the final proof. So nice and friendly and I got the invitations quickly.
