Rough experience. Did a deal with Empire and Vegas Home Remodeling was sent for the install. Upon completion we noticed that our toilet wasn't on, no big deal as we asked the carpenters to turn it on and if there was any issues. They turned it back on and seemed a bit defensive right away, urged me they never removed it. No biggy, tipped the men for their work and we parted ways. Less than 48 hours later (Saturday) we notice water under the new floor in the bathroom. Empire urges me to contact a plumber, plumber verifies the toilet was not reset properly on Tuesday.
