The business was started by John Tucker in 1991 after he retired from the Las Vegas Building Department as the Building Official. He spent his career as a Building Official in Nevada and Arizona. In 1997 John and Jennifer began a partnership that would flourish the remainder of John's life. In 2006 John passed away but not before passing on his extensive knowledge and wisdom of the construction industry.

I hired them to build a casita with a bathroom /laundry room. Also a sink It was a small job. They told me 3 months and it took them over 8 months to build. In 8 months they could of built a whole house. On top of that they did not install the AC so now instead of a casita I have a sauna in Vegas triple digit weather. I had asked them the whole way through and they strung me along.and at the last minute they want to charge another $2500 to install a ac. They even had me buy it now it's just sitting there.They totally installed the sink cabinet on the wrong side and did a bootleg job to remedy

We finished our project last year and we are still having issues with this contractors work. I just want to cry daily with all the crap we have had to go through. We asked for a laundry closet for a stackable washer and they put a 110v in. Professional contractors would know that you need a 220. Now we are trying to get it installed and electricians are telling us that we are way over on the panel and that the people that built the casita should have known and replaced the panel. They also said a contractor should have know what to put in. There are so many more problems. I have 100s of pictures

We recently contracted Jet Development to add a media room to our upstairs. I met with Jenifer and she mapped out a plan to complete the job. Jenifer listened to our visions for our room designs. We had a few concerns because we would be living in the house while the work was being performed. Jenifer explained everything and we reviewed the plans prior to starting the work. The work area was sealed off from the living area while the work was performed. At the end of each day the workers would clean their area prior to leaving for the day. Jet Development completed 2 different projects for me, a 20 ft extension to my porch and an 800 sq ft addition to my house. The extension was my test to see how Jet would do before I chose them to build the addition. My main goal for Jet was that each construction had to match the original 1-year old house so well that even a critical observer would think they were original construction. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! Jet completed all work in an outstanding manner, on time, and within budget. I will recommend Jet Development to anyone who asks!

I love this company! The owner is amazing! Is involved in every job and is responsive to customers. I would be happy to allow the owner to show you the projects they completed for us. Also, they are honest and fair pricing. In fact we have completed 4 projects with them. 2 buildings, a cabin on Mt. Charleston and a home renovation. No job is too big or too small. From complete demo of a 9,000 square foot building- new walls, new roof etc- everything to new walls, flooring, paint and even garage flooring.

We had a pool house built and they did an absolutely amazing job. Very reasonable on pricing, and I was given the owner's cell phone from the beginning, and then the foreman's. When there were minor issues after completion (which, let's face it, there always are), they promptly remedied the situation.
I've referred them to others and HIGHLY recommend them for additions, remodels, pool structures, or casitas. They made it easy.

Jennifer is professional, honest and will make sure your job is done right. The employees that work for Jet Development are first class, they will show up on time and be there until the job is done! Jet Development is the worst contractor company we have ever dealt with. They never completed our remodel. A project that was to take 2 months took them over a year and they claimed it was our fault. We are still struggling with all the wrong they did to us. We complained to the Nevada State Contractors Board and somehow the first inspector sided with them because he refused to read the contract then we asked for a second opinion and after many postponements the NSCB inspector gave a long list of findings. The NSCB gave Jet Development time to do it but they did not get it done but claimed they

We used Jet Development to remove all carpeting and install tile floors in our entire home(2200 sq ft of tile) and they did a great job. Project stayed within estimated amount and was finished on time. Everyone was professional and did quality work. Removed tile and carpet cleaning each area as they worked. Great company would use again for any home improvement project.

I found Jet development through the home advisors website. I requested a quote from Jet and one other company at the same time. Jet responded within minutes, and even gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. The next day they came to my house to give me a firm quote, which they emailed to me just a few hours later, along with a simple contract. The quoted price was very reasonable, and in fact slightly less than I expected it to be. Once I let them know I wanted to move forward with the project they got started right away.
