I was working them to get an estimate for some damages done by a Turo customer, and everything was going great until a week went by without a response to an email. I called to follow up, mentioned the word "Turo" in conversation on the phone, and they completely shut down on me. Apparently they have a policy of "We don't work with Turo." I tried to explain I'm not "with" Turo, just a private Tesla owner who rents the vehicle out on Turo, and would be paying for the work personally, having collected the insurance money up front, but they weren't interested. I have no idea what sense this policy

I used them because they were on State Farm's preferred vendor list. In addition to the insurance-covered repair, I had them repair a couple of other things. When the parts came in, Janae called to set up the repair appointment. I took my car in on a Monday morning and it was ready by Wednesday noon -- like new, clean and shiny! They wash and vacuum the car before you pick it up. Janae called me several times with updates. The service is amazing and workmanship excellent. Outstanding work! I unfortunately dinged my brand new vehicle the first day I bought it. I had work done on another vehicle before with KW and figured I'd try them again. I'm so glad I did. Their quote was reasonable, their customer service was top-notch, and their bodywork was perfection. If that wasn't enough, they were super fast in getting it fixed too. I was rear-ended in my Tesla Model 3. I called the Tesla Service center on where I should get it fixed, they said there are 2 certified Tesla repair shops on Oahu. After searching the 2 I decided to go with KW and I am very pleased with that decision. They were professional, kind, worked with my insurance, and made the process very smooth. On top of everything, they finished the repair 3 days earlier than estimated! The car looks back to brand new like it was never damaged and the paint matches perfectly. I will definitely be back if I ever need a Tesla repair in the future. Mahalo!

This is the second time and my second car that I had repaired with KW. First time was paid by the driver who hit my parked car, so I really didn't ask for an estimate. I chose them because they dealt with the insurance company the driver had and they had the earliest opening. They also had good ratings and I wasn't about to take a chance on someone doing a shoddy job on my eminent white pearl paint that required a 3 stage paint job. It turned out perfect.

Had some side damage which equaled to over $3500 at least insurance covered it besides the deductible! Anyways k & w auto did Ana amazing job! The women at the front desk are so nice & one of the guys even gave us a ride home instead of paying for a cab. They delayed the date I could pick up my car, but when I got it they detailed it inside & out! If I ever have any body damage again I would definitely come back here !

Best on island from how this repair went. from day one, took me in for detailed estimate on a drop in after minor got backed into. USAA and Tesla recommended as #1 and it proved to be exactly that.
Reyanne was great as was whole front office and they did a deep look and within a day had the estimate and parts list.
Took it in as scheduled once parts arrived and Enterprise was there and vehicle into shop.
Rather than fix fast they fixed thoroughly lording a major par once they saw it was cracked on the inside.
Picked it up and it looked new with great clean up and even a full charge!
