If you ever need to select a body shop, you need to chose Central Body & Paint! They have the BEST customer service, all so professional, friendly and helpful! They were very easy and pleasant to work with. Hard to find this type of service in any business, let alone the auto business. Had to get my bumper replaced, dropped it off Monday and they had it done by Wednesday and it looks good as new! Thank You Central Body & Paint for taking care of my MINI!!!

I think they may overbook themselves. They did good work, but a 12 day job turned into a 60 day job. When I called for an update, no need time frame was given, just told more parts needed to be ordered. I understand they can't see everything so they get 3 stars. Taking 60 days was a bit excessive and they should have done a better job of communicating. Friendly service up front.

So my car was in an accident and the my Geico adjuster gave me a list of places for My BMW .. this was one of them .. located in aiea and was easy to find they brought my poor car back to brand new !!! I got update reports on my car status and now it looks brand new so if I was you ?? Please consider this shop !! Central body & shop is your shop! Super happy with them. I had a rental out of pocket, and they rushed the process for me. Estimated up to two weeks and took one week and one day, they continuously updated me with text messages and the insurance process of changes. They called me when it was almost ready for pickup ahead of time and arranged to wait for me a little after 3:30 when they would be closing. Super nice quick and professional. Today I call to get a estimate on a repair on my car due to a recent accident. The woman that answered was very accommodating and ask me to stop by today. When I arrived she asked me to wait by my car for the estimator. I was help by Shane. He was very professional and explained what my options were. He looked at the damage and went to get a cloth to wipe down the area. He took off the paint from the damaged and told me it might just be paint from the other car. He told me he would buff the area and it would be about 50.00 so I told him that was fine and if there was damage

Thank you for excellent customer service the entire time our car has been there. From the moment I dropped it off, the shuttle driver, the updates, phone calls & timeliness of the repairs has gone beyond my expectations. Jena, Amanda & Bobbie and the entire team at Central Body and Paint were professional and excellent at their job. I would definitely recommend their business for repairs.

Great experience at this shop. From the initial inspection until final pickup the process was seamless. Having Enterprise Rent A Car on site was a plus as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

UPDATE: I really like the Cleaning they did to the interior.

I got rear ended on the H1 (hit from behind from inattentive driver and pushed into the truck in front of me) and I ended up with front and rear damage. I was really shaken up since I have never been in an accident before, but my auto insurance gave me a choice of where to go and the reviews here were pretty decent.

My bf brought my car in since I was at work and he said the older man who checked the car was pretty thorough and was going to send the quote to the insurance company. That made me feel good so I agreed to have my car serviced here.

It took a long time to get an appointment

The work was done in a reasonable amount if time. The paint job and body work was excellent. The office staff, estimator and driver were all very nice, professional and courteous. ( The driver of the shop drove me home after dropping off my car and also followed me home with my car that was repaired. I was really happy with this service.) I would strongly recommend this company for any future paint and body work to anyone else.

STOP HERE - YOU NEED TO READ THE FOLLOWING!!!!

CB&P failed to report/repair/recognize STRUCTURAL FRAME DAMAGE to my Toyota 4Runner that was towed to their shop on Oct 12, 2018 and remained at this shop pending repairs until 1 February 2019. The repairs they did ATTEMPTED were shoddy (at best) with misalignments throughout my vehicle from my hood, bumper, side fender and rear hatchback

Brought my Yukon to CB&P from the recommendation from Geico when one of their client happened to back up into it and decided to do a hit and run. Luckily there was witness that saw the whole incident and got the lose ce plate of the dummy who thought he could get away from his mistake!
Anyways, customer service from CB&P past superb! Anyone there who answered my call was professional and very informative and friendly as well!
Initially I was gonna bring my car somewhere else to do the work but customer service won me over and I'm glad I stuck with them because they did such a great

Totally NOT recommend this shop. Receptionist Jena was so nice and helpful. But their body work are Awful. I was asking my insurance agent looking for best job and he recommended this shop but so disappointed. 1) time manner delayed more than two weeks than estimated day 2) not completed job
3) kept indicate not fix some part but Mechanics said that how the car designed. Sounds like he upset.
I don't want stay my car over there anymore so I picked up. I don't trust them, I put one star but I want minus star.

Second time having a vehicle repaired. based on the quality of work I'd give five stars. They are really thorough and both repairs were seamless with the existing paint. The communication and status of the repair work was lacking though with me having to call and check on how things were going and when changes happened to the extent of the work or how long it would take there was no attempt made to let me know about it until I called and asked specifically for that information.

Beyond happy with my experience here! As a customer of Geico I was able to take my car in for the estimate, schedule my rental car, and schedule to bring my car in for repair. I even had to reschedule for a week later at short notice and they were able to fit me in. Upon dropping off my vehicle our rental car was there and ready to go. All the ladies in the office are super nice and helpful as well. They did a flawless job on the repair and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Worst place!! Worst service!!! DO NOT bring your car to this place. No communication between the workers. It's a shame that I brought my car to them. I should've listen to what my friend said that "Central Body & Paint is not joker shop". Never again that I will bring my car to them and I would not recommend this place to my family and friends. I don't want them to experience a lousy service.

The reason to this one star is the amount of time I have to wait for parts to come in and use a vehicle loaner that is not covered under my insurance!!

Went in to get my car repaired for the first claim. Second I got to a different accident which is the front area which falls close to the first claim. So I thought I was going to only get the first claim repaired. But I was not aware that they were gonna take in the car for the 2nd repairs. I was told by the agent that they were only going to inspect the vehicle same day not take the vehicle and wait for a week for the parts to come in. My vehicle

I was referred by a friend. The front desk ladies, Jenna, Bobby and Amanda, are very nice and helpful. They explained everything to me regarding my insurance in a way I could understand. I was glad to know that they also work with Geico Insurance and they also have Enterprise rental on site. The staff from front to back are all professional and amazing! They gave me an estimated time my car would be finished, 2-3 weeks, and they were spot on! Thankful for the updates they give as well

I was involved in a car accident that left my car looking horrible with less than four weeks before I had to ship it off island. No other place on island was able to squeeze me in but before I gave up hope I found central body and paint. My car looks amazing the paint matches perfectly there customer service was the best.

Central did a great job on my brand new car that was rear ended. Quality work done in good time. They provided me with a rental car on site. I couldn't attach photos but the paint work looked soo good.
