We give this place a 3 star because the apartments do fall apart at times but Miss Shavon and the other desk lady does their best to help us. There are also mice and things which came down from the walls from the other apartment upstairs but we got some help and they're almost gone now. I do appreciate all the help from the workers. I would recommend people living here until you're able to get on your feet and go somewhere better.

Horrible Place to live.
Neighborhood and apartments are critical to live in, even if it’s your first apartment. Staff is rude and lazy, especially the female at the front desk. Little to no respect respect and does not the provide proper services. As for the living environment,
the entire property has a rat infestation and it has not been fixed, even with the complaints made about it as well as poor ventilation within the apartments. Please, if you are in the Atlantic City area looking for a good home/apartment (do not) come and apply here.

Worst apartment I’ve ever rented, mice everywhere at all times, horrible rotten smell coming from the bathroom, the apartment would always get floated due to water coming from the kitchen sink drain, it was so bad that the kitchen cabinet starting getting mold, it was fixed once but soon after got bad again because the floods, the kitchen counter got damaged because of the water too and they charged me for it, even when I reported the problem multiple times, DANGEROUS place to live, unhealthy conditions, dirty complex, and customer service is the worst, they will lie to you just to keep your

This apartment complex is terrible, went with a friend to view an apartment. First, the office staff was unprofessional & unfriendly it bordered on disrespect & contempt. The property manager Shavon Corbitt, obviously has never any professional training in this area or any other for that matter. When taking us to see, what turned out to be a filthy 3 story walk up, she walked briskly ahead of us, answering all questions with her back to us, as if we could read lips from behind. What a simpleton! No common decency at all. The owners probably don’t care about customer service, being that the tenants

I just want to warn any future tenants to check to see if any apartment you may move into has plumbing and leaking issues. I was moved in there with them knowing about the issues and they didn't tell me. I had issues every month. They never fixed the root of the problem. They would come and put a "band aid" on it. There are plenty of residents there who will tell you they're having the same problems to check with them before putting an application in.
