I moved in 2 months ago and I'm not happy. I have cockroaches in my kitchen. Thru exterminated a week and a half ago but they are still in my kitchen. I requested an extermination in the beginning of June but had to wait 2 weeks because they only have someone come around biweekly. I'm sure the problem only got worst within that time. About to break my lease because this is disgusting.

Ongoing issues with proper repairs. High turn over in property management office seems to allow for serious concerns to fail to be properly addressed.
Maintenance does bandaid fixes which lead to more serious issues.
Property has been allowed to go down hill at the expense of long term residents so apartments can be kept full.
Dog waste can be found daily because residents with dogs ABOVE the size limits and or breeds not allowed are walked in common areas and not cleaned up after.
Basic routine upkeep hasn't been performed on buildings and currently I had to pay out of pocket myself to prove
