All properties have been fully vetted by our Due Diligence team and, as needed, renovated using only the finest quality materials. All homes are located in safe, clean Detroit and Detroit Metro communities, and many are already occupied by long-term, pre-screened, rent-paying tenants.
98% of the 10.8-million rental property investors/owners are actually small entrepreneurs, who own five or fewer units - not large-scale players with hundreds of units in their portfolio. By renovating (even adding fresh paint!) your property, you increase the value and can ask more for a flip or charge more in rent when buying and holding.

I've been dealing internationally in RE for 10+ years - and this has been BY FAR the worst experience ever. Overpaid on the unit, which I knew and was ok with, while Pioneer was to manage a full rehab (turnkey). That's where it all started... Horrible project management and cost management (60% over budget, 100% over time), none of their financial projections worked out (rent income, time-to-market, insurance premiums, etc) and the work was carried out horribly flawed: New roof = 3 units with leaks 5 months later... New plumbing = 2 units needing complete snaking and plumbing re-do
