I had the best experience at this optical office. I would recommend them to everyone who needs eyecare service. They were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They helped me choose the right frames and explained all my options to me. I have been to a few of these chain stores and some of them are hopeless. They provided very personal service and you feel valued as a customer. I could go on but I just want to say they are just awesome.

First off.. Dr. Clanton was amazing. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Super nice and knows exactly what he's doing. The office is very homey and I felt super comfortable like I was at family member house.
Second off.. Emmett downing the general manager was super patient and efficient. He did not pressure me to choose a lens let me take my time and was very nice.
Overall the receptionist and the whole office were super friendly and made me feel at home! Highly recommend going to this this office. It's a smaller office but the lens selection is amazing!

Dr Chung is amazing. Very personable and familiar with all her patients. She understands those with exceptionally low vision and works very hard to ensure they are provided proper glassware. Folks with severe vision issues cannot go to a box store for their glasses, they must be properly examined and the lenses are not cookie cutter that you get in the 1 hr shops. There has been some recent turn over in staffing and along with that a learning curve. Dr Chung immediately addressed any of my concerns with her staff to ensure her standards of care were met. BAD SERVICE. The Dr was nice but the staff is terrible. They don't want to be bothered with questions. I asked about the type of lenses in the glasses and the girl seemed frustrated, like she gets the question a lot and didn't want to answer it again. Then I went to get my glasses and they were trying to rush me out the door. Finally this last time I tried to set up an appointment for contacts and the lady on the phone was trying to rush me off so she could go to lunch. Next time don't answer the phone until you are back from your lunch. There are plenty of places to get glasses

Staff was friendly until I brought up an error THEY made to their attention. So I'll start with the visit. Exam was fine. My only issue was the doctor wiped the equipment with a tissue. I'm used to doctors wiping their equipment with alcohol wipes (but that just may be me). So that grossed me out. I mean people put their face on that equipment. Next my insurance card clearly says $25 copay. They made up a story about why it's not $25 and charged my $75. I spoke to my insurance and they said it should be $25. I'm still going back and forth with them trying to get my $50 back

Dr. Chung is so personable, and was very familiar with other patients in the waiting room, even going so far as to compliment the change in one patient's hair. So it's definitely not your usual barely-knows-who-you-are kind of optometrist visit. She seemed very happy to take a little time with me to discuss the various ways to correct my vision, and even took into account my active hobbies but computer desk work life to make sure we were correcting my vision in the best way possible for me.

No complaints here. The glasses are perfect. I got Trivex lenses with digital progressive. They are very comfortable, my eyes just relax looking through these lenses. I had to return glasses from another place because I could feel eyestrain. They had a good selection of lenses with a good range of prices. They were also very quick. They had the glasses adjusted right away and I was out the door. I did not have my eye exam there so can't comment about that.
